I was a regular customer buying those for my 3 dogs. Second the price didn't just slightly go up , they tripled with no explanation. And LAST Danny is no longer working there. Not only was he a pleasure to talk to but he made sure to always have the cut of lamb neck that my dogs liked and even with the crazy high increase I still supported this local business mainly cause Danny went above and beyond. I'm gonna have to see where else I can get them or look into doing it my self.

Our puppy had numerous health problems, which resulted in a lot of stress, vet visits, and unexpected expenses. Based on our experience, we do not believe this is a reputable breeder. We regret purchasing a puppy from them and would not recommend them to others. We wanted to share our experience as a warning because what should have been an exciting experience turned into a very difficult one due to our dog's health issues. We would never get another puppy from Tea Cups & Toys and cannot recommend them based on our experience.

What the hell happened? My wife and I have tried calling 3 times and now its going to voicemail stating they are closed. Their hours are until 3pm...its 2pm. There's a reason mom/pop shops go out of business - laziness. Don't bother taking your pet here. I am utterly shocked at the complete lack of service. I will call again tomorrow, hopefully they show up. I want a refund.

This is a small shop in Rochester Hills, MI. There is a cashier/owner and a groomer. I called ahead…read moreto inquire about the price and was told it would be $60 for my petite Cavalier. When I went to pay, the cashier informed me the price was $70 + a tip. With my previous male Cavalier, the highest price ever paid in 16 years was $48 + tip. He was twice my female's height/weight with a much heavier coat. I thought $70+ tip was excessive for a 12 lb. Cavalier. I thought the groomer did an okay job but never trimmed any body fur and the butt was a bit scruffy and looked a bit unfinished. Chest feathering was not trimmed at all. Being retired on a fixed income, I think I will look around more before I schedule my two year old Cavalier for her next grooming appointment.

We were in today. My Pit/ Pointer had the same eye gunk on his face tonight as when I dropped him off this morning. It cost $30 to just give him a bath, no brushing, no nail trim, and they sent him home damp. The cost of my Shiba / Shepard went up dramatically (1/3 more) from last year and he is more than damp. They did not know my dog's name or what services had been completed when I inquired about the total. I am not sure if they changed staff or owners, or what, but I will be looking for a new groomer.
