My disappointment with this place is overwhelming…read more First, they hard sell EVERYTHING and make you feel bad if you don't do every a la carte thing they suggest (and everything is a la carte). Second, they kept pressuring me to bring a stool sample, so I made sure that my dog pooped when we got there. I gave them the stool sample, and then after they took it and ran the test, they told me it was an extra charge. I have two problems with that. Every other vet I have been to that's included in the exam, and if its an extra charge, don't tell someone after the fact. Third, they tried to sell me on a nearly $200 "treatment" for whipworm, but I called a vet friend of mine and she gave me a $25 treatment from Chewy. I felt like just a dollar sign for them. Crap like that is why I hate Banfield, and now I just want to run as fast as I can from them. I'll never be back.
