I truly never write reviews but I felt that I needed to let others know my experience. I have been…read morebringing my dogs to this groomer for a few appointments now and have loved the haircuts up until my last time. When I had went in the last time to pick them up, I was told as they were handing me back my dog, they had nicked his paw and put a little bandage over it and was told to not let him walk on cement for the next hour. When we had gotten home, we noticed it had bled through the bandage and continued to bleed on and off for the next day and ended up having to make a vet appointment the next day, and he now has to have a cone on his head for the next couple weeks. When I had called and let the groomers know that it was a lot worse than what they said, they said the owner would call me and let me know what they could do about it, since I did pay full price for his haircut as well without any reimbursement or discount off on their mistake. The owner emailed me the next day instead of calling me, saying "We know you understand as we have your signed Liability Waiver on file acknowledging a risk while being groomed." With the waiver at hand. I understand mistakes happen, but barely any remorse or even a call to me made it clear they don't value their customers. When my parents dog had gotten nicked at their groomer, they got a call in advance, a discount, and a call the next day saying sorry and checking on the dog. To not get any of these is pretty upsetting from a place that I thought I could trust my dogs at.

We first heard of All Paws Inn through word of mouth. It sounded nice enough so we thought we…read morewould try it out with our 15lb Bichon while we vacationed to Europe for 2.5 weeks. Upon entering All Paws Inn, the first thing I noticed was how clean and well taken care of the place was. Even though there were quite a few dogs in there (five or so), the place did not smell like a dog...it just smelled like a normal clean house. There is also a big fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in, which we liked. Prior to using their services, the first thing they needed was to have our dog come over for the day to make sure he was a nice fit and that he got along well with the other animals. This was nice because it showed us that Nellie and Marcia (innkeepers) really took their job seriously and cared about the welfare of all the animals in their care at any one time...it wasn't just about getting the most animals they could. Thankfully our dog passed and we were able to leave him with them while we went on vacation. The care he received while we were away was excellent. When we came to pick our dog up he was happy and jumping around. He came home very tired (we could tell he had gotten a lot of exercise). I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good dog sitter while they go away. We drove all the way from Warren (one hour away) to use their services, and are glad we did. We recently moved to Germany and hope that we can find people that are half as good as All Paws Inn. Best, Shaun C.

Obviously, he sensed a bad situation, dogs know, and I should have followed my gut and turned around and left with him the moment after I arrived. Its January and his big, beautiful fur coat has been completely shaved off, down to the skin. To do the job proper, like other groomers have in the past, I was told it would require hours and hours of brushing then trimming and $200. Absurd. Poor guy couldn't get out of there fast enough and I feel terrible.

We brought our almost 12 year old, 80lb chocolate lab for the self serve dog wash and he was very comfortable considering he does not like baths! The water was a great, warm temperature, unlike some other self serve washes where the water is too cold and our dogs shake from the chilliness. The staff supplied us with the shampoo as well as conditioner and face wash. We also really appreciated that the staff did not pressure us into using the blow dryer on our dog after we washed him, they offered it, but they did not try to force us once we said no (as other places have in my experience). Anyways, this is a great little self-serve dog wash and I can't speak for the grooming services, but the staff seemed to know what they were doing and genuinely care for dogs for I'm sure the grooming here is wonderful too!

I just relocated to the area and noticed instantly upon walking into the place it was not up to standard. Dirty yet still wreaked of over used bleach. To begin with no one had written down my appointment even though I called. She practically drug my pug in and continuously called her the wrong name. I was reluctant to leave her but it was the only place open and I wanted to give it a chance. The nightmare began when I picked her up. Oh lord. She was wet. The lady said its because my pug didn't let her blow dry her face. What? No kidding. But the whole dog was damp!! I walked her to the grass where she frantically ran around which is unusual behavior for my sweet calm pug who gets frequently groomed. I let her into the backseat of my car and headed home. She was whimpering in the back and when I looked she was bleeding everywhere I quickly made it home hugged her and stopped the bleeding. Her nails are splintered and you can see the red vein in most. She was still shedding like crazy and acting timid. My poor angel. I should've went back and demanded my money back or something but I couldn't in fear I might kill the lady. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. I posted pictures of some of the blood in my car Shes okay now. I may take her to the vet in the morning.
