She was very condescending calling me " sweetie" which was definitely not said in a genuine way. Finally she realized they scheduled the appointment for July. She said they schedule a month out. I was not told that over the phone. She said my appointment was for July 8th. Well, I scheduled for Thursday, June 8th. July 8th isn't a Thursday. My daughter heard the conversation where she said Thursday. I believe they made the mistake but would rather lie than to try and make it right. I run a business and this would be an example of the poorest customer service examples I'd present in a training session. I would never trust my pet in the care of such a nasty person.
