I was very worried about how he would react since he hasn't been to the groomer in such a long time, but Lori & Bianca treated him (and me ) with such kindness and patience. Despite his many snarls and tangles, they gave him a beautiful full cut, and he looks so much happier and comfortable now. I am very happy with the care and professionalism they showed. Been going here for years and they were good for the most part, even though my dogs left with a TON of hair not blown out. The last few times they cut my dogs choppy. So when I dropped them off I explained that and they seemed to understand. Picked my dogs up and they said the boy was nipping so they put a muzzle and that they couldn't dry behind his ears. When I got home the next 2 days I noticed the boy had a bunch of pieces that were not sitting with the rest of his hair. But his behind is what took me for a loop. It was not brushed nor was it cut properly. So I texted them and they said he was doing flips and what not, which they never said when I picked him up. I stated they should have called. Almost 24 hours they sent a Humanity Over Vanity text. I'm sorry, if my dog was in that much distress they should have called and had me pick him up to not force him to go through a so called "groom" just to make and extra $60 bucks. Unacceptable. I will be reporting them. You said he was nipping you so you put a muzzle on him. Yes, I said when my sister brushes his back side he nips at her. Yes, everything has changed for him, but not his groomer. What was news to me is him doing flips. Don't lie and say I wanted my dog in distress bc you know well enough I would never want my dog in that much distress. Instead, you muzzled him, didn't brush him and sent him home. You never explained his back side could not be brushed. It's happened more than once. The last time before this time when I brought them in, my female dog was super choppy, but I didn't complain. When I brought them in last week, I asked if anyone different groomed Lila and you guys stated no therefore, I said last time she was choppy if you can, please make sure they're not choppy. Instead, this time, my male dog backside is super choppy and not brushed. Please send me the surveillance of my dog doing flips and I will go ahead and delete the review, thanks. read more

I stumbled upon this place looking for a new groomer because my dog kept coming back with such an uneven cut, that I was desperate for someone new. Canine Devine did a WONDERFUL job!! The staff was sooo friendly and my dog had never looked better. I'm giving 4/5 stars only because of the pricing. Our groomer of 27 years went out of business. I was delivering a package to the UPS store in the same strip mall. My wife noticed the sign: Canine Divine. We went in and were greated by a very friendly lady (Lori). We looked over the facility and were amazed at how clean this place was. We decided to make an appointment for our Dog (Corey). Took Corey in and left him there for grooming. Returned 2 hours later to pick up our pooch. This was the best grooming Corey has ever had. This was a very lucky find for us. Just took my dog here for a pawdicure. Great staff and very nice. The service was really quick and my dog's paw looks great. They even allow me to bring my puppy in who is 12 weeks old so she can get familiar with the environment because she will have her first time grooming session with them in a couple weeks. I just brought my husky Zeus in for a shower, brush, and de-shed treatment. This is our second time to this location and the first experience was amazing. This time however, he was still wet when I picked him up and had tufts of fur everywhere. I didn't notice all of this until I got home, so I called them and the told me that "they can only do so much because after brushing a certain amount it will damage his skin" -_-. She didn't offer for me to bring him back to be dried and brushed and just ended the conversation at "ok goodbye". Well, below I've attached a picture of what 5 minutes of brushing resulted in. You can't brush out a husky if they are not dry which he was NOT! They did do a good job on his nails and anal glands though, but this will be the last time I take him to this groomer. I feel like I wasted a trip to the groomers and that I should have tipped nothing instead of 20%. The owner said that the groomer offered for me to bring Zeus back in, that is plainly not true. I was polite during the phone call, very much so, and even said thank you after nothing was offered...and then she said ok goodbye! Nothing was ever offered at that time, and if one hour of brushing was done how would he have tufts?!?!? It's probably because he WAS NOT DRY and it is just irresponsible to say he was brushed when his fur was still wet. Thanks for the reply but we will NEVER be coming back! read more

Tried canine divine after driving by so many times. They have a texting system where they answered all of my questions promptly. My dog has anxiety from her last groomer that caused me to give them a try. I wish I would've found them sooner. They are professional, kind, and quicker than I'm used to. I used to drop my 10lb dog off for 4 hours at the old salon. She was ready in under 2 hrs after receiving a full groom. My dog will definitely be a returning client!! Her cut is great and she is in great spirits after pick up! She won't sit still for a photo though lol. read more

Clean place . But both of my dogs ears were cut and kept bleeding for two weeks Str8 and still have marks on them since she cut my dog down to a hair height that I never told her to do . I told her to cut my dogs hair down to an inch and she went ahead and shaved him down plus cut his ears . Than told me it would 45.00 and charged me a hidden fee of 15.00 for no reason with out even telling me . I highly recommend not to go here . read more

If you're a first timer, please avoid this groomer. I've taken my dog to PetSmart since I got him and have never had any issues with them. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 circumstances and appointments being booked for months on end, I decided to book an appointment for my dog here since it was nearby. Upon entering, they made me cage my dog in 1 of 4 small cages near the entrance of the facility. I finish my paperwork and the person up front asks me to leave in order to get my dog out of the cage. Every single dog has a different way of handling stressful situation and environments. I politely explained to the employee that my dog would get stressed and uncomfortable coming out of a cage to a person he has never seen without me being there. She explained to me that she wouldn't get my dog out of the cage until I left the building. I have never been told that by any groomer or vet I have ever been to. My dog feels at ease knowing that I am introducing him to someone new. I left the building and within 20 minutes I received a call stating that my dog would not leave the cage and was becoming defensive. After getting there, I once again politely explained that if they just gave me the chance to put him on his leash and introduce him to them, that he would become calm, not anxious like he is in the cage located at the entrance of the facility where many other unfamiliar dogs and people walk in and out. You can imagine how stressful that can be a for a dog, especially when his owner is asked to leave the building. Avoid this location at all costs. As much as I love to support small businesses, especially during these times, the professionalism exhibited by PetSmart makes this location seem like a jail for pets. When I enter PetSmart, my appointment time is ready and set to go. My dog's groomer comes to introduce him/herself and does a full check of the dog to ensure he is ready to go. They then allow me to hand him off to them and they set him up on the bench so he is ready to go. No cages, no asking the owners to leave and no arrogance. Your appointment time is your appointment time. There is no waiting, caging or calling back customers because you refused to understand how their pet responds to certain situations. If you are the owner and are reading this review, I would highly suggest that you take a moment to understand that every dog is different and has its own set of challenges and needs.
