This pandemic and the immediate changes to everyday life have been quite impactful for many of us. And for a business which relies on people dropping off their fur kids on the way to work, one can only imagine the repercussions! Brian has kept the daycare open throughout the pandemic, as a resource for essential workers, as well as those of us who rely on some socializing and exercise for our pups during the week. The staff has been wearing masks, requiring masks, meeting dogs at the door to limit contact. And keeping the facility sanitary and safe. All while coping with the flux in staffing and scheduling. The facility remains clean, safe, and in fact has been upgraded in several areas to help keep the play area cool, "fresh" and comfortable for both dogs and staff. I encourage pet parents who have been clients to please keep supporting Brian and his team. And if you are new pet parents, or new to the area, please consider Buster & Lilly's for your fur baby's needs. They are terrific!

I'm posting this now after reflecting on my dog's daycare history over the years, as this was the…read moreonly facility where we had a negative experience. Several years ago, I brought my dog here for daycare. During one drop-off, as I was about to drive off, he was able to bolt out of the facility and ran across the parking lot (in the dark!). Thankfully, a passerby caught him quickly and he was not injured, but this raised serious concerns about supervision and containment during handoff. After that incident, I continued bringing him back to use up pre-paid passes. From that point on, he always refused to leave the car-which made me concerned. Staff later told me he had developed a humping habit and said that if it continued, he would not be able to return. This was difficult to reconcile with what we experienced elsewhere. After we finished our passes, we used another daycare in Beaverton, where he had no issues. Since then, we've moved states a few times and gone to multiple other daycares in different locations, and he has consistently done well without any behavioral concerns. I understand that staff and policies can change over time, so this may not reflect the current operation. However, I think it's important to share past experiences related to safety and how dogs are handled following a stressful incident.

Visited the play area for a greyhound event on a Saturday morning and had a great time. The dogs had a great time socializing and chasing balls (a funny game of ball tag with their muzzles on as greyhounds have thin skin and can get nicked and bleed easily so muzzling is the norm at meet ups). Noah's Arf provided plenty of tennis balls and supplies for easily cleaning up dog waste.

Both these guys are Havanese…read more Teddy is eight months old and so full of energy while Tucker's the most sensitive of our two dogs. Dax worked his magic for both and the results were flawless. He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now. Looking forward to the next grooming session in the future.

She even helped us set up our accounts so we could lock in the dates and moved some rooms around so the brothers can be next to each other. It was relieving to walk through the kennels and see that it wasn't a hectic bark fest of dogs going nuts. Looking forward to having this be our go to, if the boys end up coming home happy. Reinhardt wears his wags on his sleeves and if he likes a place, our whole car will shake with his tail wagging so we'll know real soon. Gizmo's head popped out from under the towel, and she bit Beverly. I'm so sorry Bev, at least it was just a nip, not a full on bite. Just a warning shot, as you said . Within 2 minutes Gizmo was rolled free into her cage , promptly shook off with a "woo, holy shit" And NO I did not teach my bird to have a potty mouth. Gizmo is 43. I have had her since I was 8yo and she had just hatched. So she has an immense vocabulary! Bella was next. She went a little easier. I was able to get a better look at her. When she had first come to my house Friday, I thought to myself, yep girlfriend needs a bath! And Bev said the same thing today. She doesn't like the spray bottle per her owner. So she has to go in the shower with me. I have ALS, so that will be interesting She had her nails trimmed and filed by Bev and did amazing. No screaming or biting! Super Mello. My friend Rene, put her back in her cage herself. It was $11, for EACH , a Grey and a Umbrella. So $22 Total. That is just for NAIL trims. And just as a reminder Bev sells the top food brands. She also ships, which is awesome for me as I have ALS and live almost in Camas,WA. I don't really drive anymore. My transportation caregiver that gets me around during the week. She and I have become really good friends and she is the one who brought me out today, thank goodness. Gizmo, my Grey, had prison shanks for claws, and Bella could catch her own fish in the Lewis River with her Talons. There is no longer a Parrot store in Vancouver. I love this spot!…read more Flat rate cost based on weight. My dog is almost 100 pounds and it's only 22 bucks. They provide shampoos/conditioners, towels, slip leads, just about any grooming tool you'd need. They have ear cleaner, cotton balls, cologne spritz's etc. It's 1000000000% worth it. I bring my own shampoo and tools most days, but they always have sanitized equipment if you need it. Staff has always been wonderful as well, very quick to clean up behind people so tubs are ready and stocked for the next person. They're also quick to get you checked out in the lobby. You can also pay before you wash too, which I like to do since my dog always wants to go potty after their bath.

Adam was kind, super relaxed and really took the time to understand the concerns and connect with Isaac before starting. He also took his time and didn't rush the trim which I feel contributed to Isaac's overall well being. After the trim Isaac was relaxed and had zero stress symptoms, physical or mental. His nails are better than they've ever been and were done with consistency and precision. We're lucky to have found Adam. Highly recommend.

So finding a self contained mobile groomer was a real plus. A full service groom for her. She had extra time so we got our second dog got a bath and brush. And our third dog, not to be left out, got her nails trimmed. Definitely gonna call these guys again. They were on time and thorough. For those services for three 70+ # dogs was $215 including gratuity. Gonna call them soon for our third dog to have a bath. She'll love it.

She ignored my request to comfort my scared, shaking dog during the nail trim. I tried to soothe my dog with my voice and Martine told me my "high pitched voice" wasn't helping. A bit rude. She was fast and clearly experienced but did not attempt to make me or my scared dog feel comfortable, even despite my requests. Maybe this style works for some dogs and people. It was a very unpleasant experience for my sweet Josie and for me. I hate to post a bad review, maybe she was having a bad day. When we left, I heard her warmly greet her next client. Not sure why we didn't get that warmth or friendliness. I wouldn't recommend her and I won't be going back.
