Pupatella specializes in super tasty, light pizza/panino crusts and delightful salads. "Pano-licious." Jack did a great job too!

Served by Jack tonight & they were great! I wish I had taken a picture of our cheesy garlic bread, it was a perfect blend of cheese & garlic! Our meatlovers & nutella pizzas were amazing too. Definitely better than our first Pupatella experience at Mosaic District. We will be back! read more

I love this place. I used to live in Arlington and only went to that location a few times before moving to Springfield. The pies are as good as I remember. Service was great. Our server, Audrey, took my order and recommended a slight change and I really appreciate the suggestion. I've had take out, sit down service and I've even eaten at the bar. It has an all round good vibe. read more

Tried it for the first time yesterday. A different kind of pizza than we've ever had before but really good. Audrey was a great server too!

Came here with my grandparents. The food was good and Ricky the server was helpful. Good place if you're looking for pizza.

Great food. And good service! Wonderful desserts! Audrey was very nice. Can't wait to come back

I was so so so happy when Pupatella opened not one, but two locations near our house! It meant I wouldn't have to make the 20 min drive to Arlington for the best and ONLY certified Neapolitan pizza in the area. Our family religiously orders from this or the Mosaic location and it kicks all the other pizza joints in the area out the window. Anyone not giving the food here 5 stars must be a Papa John's or Dominos's customer. And the on-site restaurant is just as you'd expect a serious Italian establishment, good food, good drinks--and you make the ambiance. read more

Excellent food and service! We all enjoyed our pizza and the Gelato was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The hostess was also very great! read more

Came during happy hour. The deals were great and Aimee was the best bartender I've ever had the pleasure of dining with. The Diavola pizza was awesome and Aimee even let us sample her fresh lemonade! read more

Aimee was literally the best bartender I've sat with! She makes her own lemonade and is sure to keep you entertained. Will definitely be making my return. read more

Just had a delicious lunch. Audrey was our server and was great. We told her we didn't like arugula so she suggested another side salad! It was so yummy. Thanks Audrey read more

My husband, brother-in-law, and I went to Pupatella in Springfield on Thursday evening. Our server Audrey was very attentive, friendly, and accurate. Our pizzas were delicious, and we took advantage of the $10 off a bottle of wine if you order two pizzas. read more

Food was great and our service from Audrey was amazing!! Thank you for a great dinning experience with kiddos :)

Everything was amazing! Our server Audrey was so sweet and attentive! We will definitely go back!

The food and atmosphere is always amazing!!! We love coming because Destiny always takes care of us!

My partner and I got a Margherita DOC pizza and it was so delicious. It was our date night and Destiny was an excellent server heightening our expectations and experience. We are definitely coming back again with the rest of the family. read more

Pupatella is our favorite pizza place, never disappoints and the service is always great. Our waitress Audrey was super attentive and knowledgeable. read more

Love me some Pupatella pizza! A little pricey and i wish there were more optionsfor sizes, but always good and the service was great

Not really a pizza fan but this one was pretty damn good, wow!! What made this pizza so good was the slight nuances that a traditional brick oven provides the slight char of fresh dough blended with the perfect seasoned sauce the fresh mozzarella fresh sausage, and spicy pepperoni. It's read more

Our new favorite pizza! My husband had the white Brie with mushrooms and I went with the traditional Margherita. Both were delicious but I think I might order the mushroom and Brie next time. Service was outstanding with Destiny W. We look forward to returning to Springfield but are super eager for Pupatella in Old Town to open near our home! read more

I lived in Naples, Italy and this pizza is legit. Great food and service every time I go for dinner. Shout out to Audrey, our waitress. She did a fantastic job. read more

Highly recommend! The tomato sauce and crust are fantastic! Service is outstanding. My new favorite place for pizza

I had the plain cheese pizza. It was a little soupy. Crust was tasty and the service was very fast. Pizza was super hot out of the oven to customer. The cheese slide right off the crust though. That wasn't appealing. read more

I love Pupatella - always have since they were in a single side of the Wilson Blvd location. The Springfield location is a welcome addition to the area! We love the mozzarella balls, garlic mozzarella bed, filetti and classica pizzas. Really everything is good! One thing - IT IS SO LOUD. Pupatella, *please* get acoustical panels. We can't hear each other across the table and only hear bells dinging, silverware, glassware, chairs scraping across the floors, bussers clearing dishes and LOTS of loud voices to go over all this. Please consider panels! I also think it could be great to add a flag to the tables for service. Since the setup is counter service it's hard to know who to ask for drink refills, extra napkins, etc. read more

We visited Pupatella in Springfield on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. First, we wanted to eat in, but the entry/ordering process was a bit confusing. We weren't sure if a host would seat us, so we stood in the entry for a few minutes (with menus) before realizing that all orders were placed at the register. Not a big deal, but it would have been helpful for a staff member to point that out. When ordering, we also paid in full, to include a tip for service not yet experienced (plates, water, drinks, food service and cleanup); this was also weird. The table at which we initially sat was broken, so we moved, prompting the presumptive manager (working from a laptop at another table) to declaim to another employee, "We should probably fix that." True... The table service was prompt and polite, and was the highlight. The food was not great. We tried the Amalfi salad, which wasn't bad. We also ordered a kids pizza, and a sausage and onion pizza. Both pizzas were undercooked. Unlike every other Neapolitan pizza I've had, the dough was not crispy and the bottom was soggy (like eating a crepe). The dough was also raw toward the middle of the pizza. The sausage pizza was really bland, to the point where I had to dump on red pepper flakes just for some flavor (I don't even like red pepper flakes....). This was not my experience at the Arlington location, so maybe they are still working out the kinks. Overall, given the price and the lackluster pizza, we probably won't return. read more

we had a delightful dinner! our server Wendy was amazing and encouraged us to try appetizers we wouldn't have normally tried. 10/10 would go again! read more

First time here since they opened recently. Pros: Pizza was authentic thin crust, great flavor but crust was soggy in the middle. Cons: Noise level was incredibly loud. Chaotic atmosphere, nobody told us we had to order at the counter before sitting down. No refills offered. Granted, this was a Saturday night. Will try again on a weekday and sitting outdoors. read more

Love love love this place! Food was delish and the service was outstanding! We are putting it in the rotation!

Neapolitan pizza, great service, chill place. I always order an extra pizza so that I have leftovers the next day. Our server was Audrey and she was great. Everyone else was also great, nice crew. read more

We have frequently visited many of the Pupatella locations. This was by far the best experience we have had. We love our pie a little crispier than usual and it came out just like that! Making it the best pizza we have had. Ricky was our waiter and he was so friendly. He was attentive and really knowledgeable about the Pupatella brand. We love that you are trying out a coffee menu and hope you expand it to our usual leesburg location! We are New Yorkers used to good pizza; so we appreciate Pupatella! read more

great place for Friday night pizza evening! except its super busy at this time. Still well worth the wait!

love this place so good great place to take the whole family ! Noah our server was great he was very attentive and made sure food came out on time ! read more

Online order said 5:20pm pickup. I sat n waited asking about my order they had to "reticket" somehow per the guy translating to the pizza makers and finally got it at 5:41pm. There appeared to be a couple management looking guys who did nothing to address this yet one was definitely aware. Just slow lots of employees sorta standing around, appeared pretty inefficient. read more

I came here for lunch with a group on a Sunday around noon. Our Waitress, Audrey, was very attentive and did a great job of making certain our needs were met. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and our group plans to come again in the future! read more

We went here for lunch and Audrey was our waitress. She helped make the experience amazing by checking in with us multiple times, quickly refilling our drinks, and anticipating our needs (bringing us a to-go box before even asking for one!). As always, the food was delicious and came quickly to our table. I definitely would recommend this place with the hip vibes, great food, and wonderful service! read more

So far, we've only gone once, and I'd have to say it really is authentic. I grew up in Switzerland only about two hours north of Italy. Can't really find good pizza like this anywhere else. read more

The Margherita Doc was excellent. I have been to several Napolitan pizzeria's and they are high up there with Crust and Stellina. It was nice to see the managers running the place. I didn't give it a 5 due to the price. $17.50 for a single person pizza is quite high. I know that there is inflation but most people couldn't afford this place on a family pizza night. It has to be occasional. It's a shame cause pizza is a cheap item to make. A family of 4 would pay over $100 with tax and drinks. Not many families can afford that in the West Springfield area. Just my thoughts. read more

The pizza was decent, not great not bad. Would go there again. Service was okay and they had a lot of kitchen helpers. read more

We were anxious for this location to open. Springfield needs more good restaurants. We ate at there on Saturday...went at 5:30pm as they have been packed. We had the side salad, Margherita and sausage and onion pizza...definitely recommend, delicious. Service was great, staff was friendly and we got our food sooner than expected given how busy they were. I make allowances for a new restaurant to work out the kinks...not the case here. We had a great experience. read more
