Great pizza and great atmosphere. Service was great as well, very attentive. Would come again!

Always excellent food. The pizza is marvelous - leaning much more to authentic European pizza vice the standard American fare. Service is always outstanding - Noah was our server and he was amazing. I highly recommend Pupatella - great food, great people, and wonderful ambience. read more

Great pizza! Loved the Diavola pizza... spicy! Pretty busy still since the recent opening. Most people in line are getting the pizza to go, so don't worry about the long line. read more

So happy to be eating Pupatella pizza today! New to Burke, give them a try! Last time it was anchovies, today carmelized onions with lots of other stuff read more

Pupatella is a nice addition to the Whole Foods shopping center. I was a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of employees inside the restaurant but it makes sense since they are super busy. Definitely catered to be family friendly and take out was available. I ordered the burrata platter, diavola and caivano pizza. This location is currently not taking orders over the phone. I placed the order in person and it took about 20 minutes. Food was solid and would reorder again. read more

Audrey was great, and the food and gelato were splendid. Definitely on the repeat list.

Just had the best meal! We went around 3pm and it was a perfect in between rush time! Highly recommend the Margherita pizza if it's your first time, the mozzarella di bufala, tomato sauce and basil are perfection! My husband had the sausage and onion pizza and we shared the panzerotti and Amalfi salad. If you want a cocktail the limoncello martini is a must, they make their limoncello in house! The manager gave us a complimentary cocktail which made things even more enjoyable! We will be back......many times! So happy to have this place so close to our house! Finalmente!!!!! I wanted to add something based on other reviews I have seen. This pizza is truly authentic to the pizza in Napoli...therefore it will never be crispy. read more

It was my first time and I am thrilled! The pizza is delicious and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend the meatball pizza. So glad this location opened up. read more

Pupatella always has delicious food and great service! Rickie in particular was very caring and checked up on us frequently. We were never waiting for service or to be seated. The ambiance was nice, with music and yummy smells. read more

Wrong Order, Zero Accountability. Two of Three pizzas were not what we ordered. Soggy pizza. The only recourse is to call them. They don't answer their phone. The voice message is two months old and the mailbox is full. read more

The best I ever had! Made with the freshest ingredient. Service is impeccable! Ambiance is clean and invmiring!

The manager Rob was amazing and so friendly, the chef Anderson made the best pizza ever, and the waiter was so friendly and helpful. Overall I give the place a 10/10 and a must go to restaurant. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE AGAIN read more

We love coming here and sitting outside with our dog. We always ask for Ricky. He is attentive and the best server we have had.

The food was great, and Ricky, our server was excellent. I particularly recommend the stracciatella pistachio.

This place never misses! We got the capricciosa and buffala bianca. Both delicious! Ricky was a magnificent server and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place. Best local Neopolitan pizza. read more

I had lunch here with my client and his mother. We ordered a couple of pizzas, salad, and a pumpkin dessert. The service from our waitstaff, Ricky, was superb! He noticed every detail and was always there to help. The pizzas were made wonderfully! The sauce was fresh, so was the cheese, and of high quality. The thin crispy crust was delightful. Will definitely be back sometime again. Highly recommend. read more

Great service. Our server was Emma , she was great. Love the food. I ordered the salad, love it

The pizza tastes pretty good, and the higher price in my opinion is worth it. You can tell the bread is superior to many pizza breads out there, and if you pay the upcharge for the buffalo mozzarella cheese, you can tell its better quality and tastes better. Their meat toppings are standard, basically the same as you can get anywhere else. But I believe the buffalo mozzarella and several other ingredients including the tomato sauce, are actually sourced from Italy. The pizza dough may also be sourced from Italy I believe, or the oven used for it has volcano ash from Italy. I believe it is similar to the dough whole foods uses on their pizzas. The buffalo cheese is still made using animal rennet, instead of vegetable rennet or microbial enzymes, so it could potentially be easier to digest for some people. Buffalo milk protein is always A2 protein as well I believe. The pizza is a reasonable size for one person. This is the only location I've tried thus far, and I don't know if I will try this location again, due to both the location being out of the way and also the inconsistency with toppings. The first time I got a meatball topping with buffalo cheese, there was a good amount of both cheese and meatballs throughout the pizza. The second time I got the exact same item, there were much less meatballs and less cheese as well, and more empty space where there was just tomato sauce with nothing on top of it. I did not like how much they skimped out on toppings the second time. I do not remember, if they actually have two options for adding cheese and meat to the pizza, like one option to add buffalo cheese/add ground beef, and another option to add "extra" cheese or extra ground beef. There is already a significant upcharge for having buffalo cheese on the pizza, and also for adding ground beef to it, so I don't think it would be proper to skimp out on those toppings in order to force people to pay for extra toppings just to get a reasonable amount. The second time I ordered I think there was only a single meatball on each slice of basically. read more

Another great experience at Pupatellas's!! Love the delicious food, family friendly atmosphere and great service!

Food was very good and authentic to Italy. Our server, Noah, was very helpful attentive!

Noah did a great job serving us. He was very attentive and explained the menu well. Will definitely be back.

Pizza 10/10 Leaving a 2 star review because you guys have junkies working at your establishment and it really made me lose my appetite seeing her and knowing someone like that would be handling my food. Will be driving longer to visit other locations for that reason. read more

I didn't know that pizzas were all kid's meal sizes. Employees didn't look to enthusiastic to work there and for the price of the pizzas, it wasn't worth it. I will never go back there again. read more

Great staff! Very helpful when I confused my order. Super pizza! We always have had great service.

I have normally liked Pupatella's in multiple locations including this one, however my last experience left a bad taste so much that I opted to cancel my order. In the past they were willing to put four toppings on a pizza with the caveat that they don't recommend it but if the customer wants it they do it with eyes wide open that it may not be as crispy, In my experience it was delicious as it stood with all four toppings. The last time they were there a militant wait staffer would not even take the order, One staffer's need to be right ruined my lunch and my experience with the chain. I can no longer recommend Pupatella's to friends or family but hope this is just an isolated incident. read more

Food was outstanding. Service was great. Emma accommodated my kids' allergies with grace.

Very overpriced pizza for a thin breaded crust. Just isn't worth it to go to a place that's charging almost $18 per person. Toppings are not a reasonable charge, and each pizza should come with a set amount of toppings included. Bring a family here and you'll be walking away with a huge bill. Tried 1 time and never will again. Price does not add up. read more

Pizza just like you get in Naples-the birthplace of pizza. Absolutely delicious. The salami on the diavala is just the right level of spicy, the crust is perfectly thin and has just a little charred flavor and crunch. If you've ever been Naples and thought pizza would never be the same, this is the place for you. read more

Great service. Wonderful atmosphere. Pizzas were delicious and well-made. Best mozzarella around, and Nonna's meatballs are unmatched.

Ambiance is nice...looks very new and modern inside. Staff are a bunch of teens that seem uncomfortable speaking to adults. Pizza was only fine - not worth the crazy prices for the small portions that you get. Loads of other places in town to get cheaper, bigger and better tasting pizza. read more

Food, service very, very good. Very nice selection of beers and wine. The shareables are very yummy (I've been several times and they are all delicious!). The onion tart is by far my favorite. Although it can get somewhat noisy at times, This has become my new neighborhood go to place. read more

The best pizza I've found since my wife and I lived in Italy! Great flavor and cooked to perfection. Be sure to try the zucchini fries too, even if you don't like "normal" zucchini. Ricky took GREAT care of us, even recommending some pistachio gelato for dessert, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend Pupatella Springfield over the one in Merrifield. We've had many meals at each and can say with certainty that the pizza & service @ the Springfield location is 10x better than at the Merrifield location. Both are good, but Springfield is a LOT better. read more
