I have a mini labradoodle with fleece coat. As some of you may know this kind of fur is very difficult to groom so it finally looks like a labradoodle. I tried for three years to find someone that could help me, I ended up with a poodle, a shaved little mouse, an asymmetrical dog toy. Until Leslie took over. She has done an incredible job with my pup. He feels very safe with her and so let's her do a fantastic job! He comes out looking like a real labradoodle, sort of like a little bear, she fixes the mats, nails, ears etc. In the end I have a beautiful sparkling real labradoodle! I wholeheartedly recommend this grooming place. I hope this review doesn't leave me with no availability for Leslie! read more

My little dog is terrified of nail clips and they did an awesome job with him. They allowed me to hold him and they were kind, careful, quick and efficient. I will come here for nail clips from now on. read more

I have taken by dog, Ajax, to Pup-a-Razzi since he was a wee pup and he loves it. All the are staff genuine and very interactive with all the dogs they care for. Adrian and Rachel are really fabulous and always give input on how Ajax did during the day, who he interacted with, if he ate his food, etc. I have also taken my dog to several dog training clases and have had very good results with Ajax. Grooming is fabulous! They are trim and bath hi, so he comes home looking like a prince! I really highly recommend Pup-a-Razzi for your pooch! read more

I brought my dog here to get groomed pretty sure they never bathed him or cut his nails. He still smelled like dirty dog and today I learned one of his nails was growing in his paw. I looked and there is no way they cut his nails! Do not get your dog groomed here! read more

Took my husky/lab here for a good winter brush out and wash. He came back very happy but still shedding just as bad as he was before he went in... very friendly people, but they needed to put more time into his brush out. read more

Disappointed by their customer service today. I've been bringing my dog in for self service dog wash. My dog is a Bichon so I have my own clippers and give her a haircut too. It's always been ok by the staff and they charged me regular self service price. And I always chit chatted with their friendly groomers. Well today I came in for something that's becoming pretty regular for us. When I came back with my tool case I was told that I would be charged differently because I'm grooming my dog. "Taking away business from their groomers" is what she said. And that I would be charged $10 an hour instead. I didn't want to feel rushed by this ridiculous new "policy". Instead I went to Bowser's Bath . They charged regular $10 for me to utilize their space and were accepting that I wanted to groom my own dog and I got to take my time to perfect her groom myself. Don't go to Pup a Razzi. Their miserable people with their business going down the drain so they try to nickel and dime you. I've also hear other bad stories from other people but didn't want to judge off of other peoples opinions. Guess I had to learn for myself. Too bad for them. I'm a receptionist at large veterinarian clinic in the area. I get customers asking me all the time for refferals to these kind of places. Guess who I won't be referring anymore? Too bad. read more

This place is the worst! My husband called in about times to bring our dog in to get his nails trimmed, he explained he is a senior dog and this walk to their location would be hard on him so we wanted a confirmed time. They gave us times to come in on Saturday but when I showed up they told me they would never schedule a time for a nail trim, that you just have to show up and hope the groomer has time. What type of business does that? Then when I asked to speak with the manager because what the front desk girl was telling me and what he was told on the phone were completely opposite, the girl said there wasn't one there. She did call the owner but the owner was "too busy" to talk to me and basically called me a liar on the phone (I could hear every word she said). Why would I drag my senior dog out if I wasn't sure that I had been promised something? Seriously don't take your dog here, it is so poorly run. Plus the self grooming area looked disgusting, like it wasn't ever cleaned. Stay far, far away! read more

So dissapointed. When I signed up for training classes, I made sure make-up classes were available since we had a pre-planned trip. I was told "We have new classes starting all the time, it'll be easy to find one for you to make-up with." When we returned from our trip, I'm told they don't do make-up, and there's no class that would be close to where we were. The woman on the phone was short with me, rude, and hung up on me.They just wanted our $130. I am so angry with the lack of customer service we recieved. read more

My husband and I have been taking our 20lb mixed breed (18 month old) dog to the Small Dog Social Hour for several months. We will not take her again as the person who regularly supervises this time seems to dislike our dog and progressively has targeted her out to reprimand her. Our dog is extremely friendly and loves to meet, sniff, and run with other dogs. She has never once bit or attacked another dog or person. The dog supervisor frequently calls my dog 'snotty' and 'a jerk' and restrains her during the playtime. There have been several times when she has singled out and yelled at my dog when there is a group of dogs running around playing, even when my dog isn't in the middle of the pack. When I, or even another patron says it's not my dog causing trouble - she will claim my dogs body language is aggressive or dominating and that we just don't see what she sees. Other patrons have also noticed that she singles out my dog and many have told me (without me asking them) that they were fine with my dogs behavior, that she's very sweet, and it just looks like to them that the dogs are playing and having fun. On occasion, a different employee who is also a dog trainer has stood in as the supervisor for the social hour, and she never had any issues with our dog, saying she is really well socialized. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pup-A-Razzi because of this employee. read more

If you just want your dog shaved - this may be the place, BUT, if you want your dog groomed - looks somewhere else. They cannot even do a basic lion cut on a Pom and thank goodness hair grows back, because be looks pitiful. Seriously - do not use this place. read more

We brought our dog here last week for a bath. We usually go to petsmart but decided to try this place. Big mistake. We picked him up about two hours later and they told us that they couldn't get him completely dry because he kept moving around. Well..he is a dog. Like another reviewer, we never heard any complaints about our dog from Petsmart. He still smelled the same as when we took him in. They also said that they didn't express his glands because they don't express internal glands, only external glands and his were fine. Well, that's not true. He had had an infection a week prior and the vet said one of his glands was full but to wait until he was healed before we had his glands expressed. Also, there is no such thing as internal and external anal glands. So, basically it sounds like they got his coat wet and that's it. We are taking him to Petsmart this weekend to get groomed there even though we just took him to Pup-a-razzi last weekend. The smell is that bad and he is starting to bite at his behind because he needs his glands expressed! Will never return to this business. read more
