Hugh is our favorite groomer! He always does exactly what we ask for and pays great attention to detail. Petsmart grooming is easy to book and has the best rates we could find!

Conveniently located at the intersection of SW Cedar Hills & Walker, this PetSmart is always busy. In addition to all the norms, they always have adorable seasonal toys for your pet. During December, I always pick up the holiday stockings for cats; they do a Hanukkah theme and the gray, blue and white colors go with my decor so I always stick up! Yes, I am that crazy that my cat's toys have to match my color scheme! If my 2 kitties didn't hate the pets carrier so much, I'd bring them here for holiday pictures with Santa! Another great perk for two weeks - check the store for schedules. Yesterday I was in the hunt for a specific sized kitty litter box to fit in a new enclosure I bought. Rather than try to find a spot for the box, I decided to hide it in plain sight with a bench that conceals the litter with an opening in the sides for the cats to enter. The allotted space is much smaller than the current box and PetSmart had a box with high sides that perfectly matched the needed proportions. For just $12.99 it was a deal! Love that they carry an assortment of cat furniture - beds, towers, climbing posts - that are neutral so blend in rather than shout "CAT FURNITURE!" Even some mid century mod designs. I'm so tempted to purchase one but have no way of knowing if my cats will love it as much as me! Cashiers and staff are friendly. Yesterday I actually needed help trying to snap together the two components of the new litter box and help was immediately offered. While there I processed a return with no issue and then made the new purchase. Plenty of parking as they have their own lot. Just be aware of customers barreling through both entrances, chatting on their phones while they park - it's actually a bit dangerous so pay attention!

Tis the season for pictures with Santa! Check the stores for the schedules. Usually two weekends in December. Dl the app for some holiday filters. So many cute holiday gears for your furry loved ones. They even have a doggie day care here. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice clean location.

Pile of hair I brushed out after groomers. This was only two minutes worth of brushing

Worst Petco I've ever been to. Dead fish floating around the tanks. I told the employees and they didn't even seem surprised.

I thought he may be too old for training, but have been proven wrong. Since taking him to Zoom Room I as a pet owner have learned techniques to address his behavior during walks making them more enjoyable. We started out in Calm Down class and have moved on to Obedience and Agility classes. They have several differnet packages, subscriptions and flex options to choose from to work within my budget. We recently had to take a break but am looking forward to starting back up again this month.

During a recent pedicure at Angel Nails, I noticed the Zoom Room so I told my husband about it and he signed us up for a free intro class. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest person and the front desk. She got us checked in and took our pup's first day photo - adorable. After getting checked in we waited and browsed their merchandise which included a lot of training treat options that we hadn't seen before. When it was time for class to begin, we got settled at our station. The trainer was kind and funny and taught us a few new things. Our puppy was very excited and interested in the other dogs but we eventually got her to pay attention to us about halfway through the class. Overall we had a good experience, but did find class to be a bit distracting with the various puppies and parents in attendance. We may consider returning for private training sessions in the future.

We tried multiple other training classes and techniques in the Portland area but none of them were able to help us with Bumper's leash aggression, pulling, and stubbornness. We were at the point where we were hesitant to take him anywhere because of how naughty he was. After doing much research and reading all of the excellent reviews, we decided to try Off Leash K9 Training. Although Ryan and Mandy were located in Eugene, we decided do the two-week course where Bumper stayed with them 24/7. We had doubts about whether or not it would work because of how stubborn our kiddo was, but he came back a different dog! No he is not perfect and he still acts out, but he is soooooo much better than before and we feel comfortable taking him out in public. Ryan and Mandy even extended his training for an additional week at no cost because he wasn't making the progress they had hoped he would. When we finally picked up Bumper after the three weeks, Ryan spent over two-hours with my wife and I to go over Bumper's trainings and commands. He was very patient and did a great job explaining everything. Yes the training is very expensive, more than I ever thought I'd pay for dog training, but the benefits of a well behaved beagle are priceless. Ryan and Mandy also run a dog rescue on site so it was great to know Bumper would not be alone. We will definitely be using Ryan and Mandy again for all of our training needs. Thank you!

If this story does not deter you, and you still believe these people could be your life-changing opportunity to better you and your dog, ASK MORE questions. Do not trust the professionals. Trust yourself. Ask to see where the dogs will be boarded, ask for more detailed updates about eating/drinking/potty breaks etc. , ask for the daily schedule about where they transport the dogs, what they will be trained on that day and how long they will be kept in a crate. We decided to enroll Paco in Sit Means Sit, and we are beyond grateful we did. Matt has been absolutely amazing with Paco. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the dogs he works with. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right tools and guidance to continue Paco's training at home between sessions. The transformation has been incredible. Paco now comes when called the first time, sits in place, and best of all, walks calmly right next to me. He no longer pulls, jumps, or walks out of control. I'm finally looking forward to taking walks with him and can't wait to continue seeing his progress every day. Huge shoutout and thank you to Paco's amazing trainer, Matt!

He was charging people and dogs while walking ONLY with me. And growling at and even attacked one of our cats, who for reference was his best friend for ages. They'd even sleep together and played a lot. I wanted Miles to get to training before we ended up with him biting someone was my greatest fear. So we picked him up on 4/20 in the morning and went over basics with Brian. Miles was EXHAUSTED for the first few days. Obviously from all that physical AND mental work. But he was immediately different. SO chill. Completely relaxed. By Tuesday of last week (just three FULL days after being home, almost 4,) I was already able to walk him and get Heel, Sit, Down and no reaction to people OR dogs passing with just a 1 tap on the remote. We started with a 3 or 4 the first few days.Miles regularly does GREAT with just this level. We went back on Friday, 4/26 for a session to follow up with Brian. We were VERY pleased with Miles progress as was Brian. We worked on the heel to perfect it and also Tie down, the leash stand and reviewed a few questions. Because Miles was doing so well, Brian suggested that maybe he'd do well with agility work. So he set him up a small course, and put him through it. Well Miles did NOT like it. He LOVED it!!! He had SO much fun. And he was doing AMAZING. He caught on SO fast. So fast rbat Brian sent us specs to build the jumps!! We also worked on high object "place." And Brian gave us lots of tips on that. With it only being 9 days since our pickup and 13 days since he started training, I'd say this was 1000% worth this training. We didn't have a BAD dog but a dog that needed some tweaks and some humans that needed help doing it. Now my husband and I look forward to walks and spending time with and taking him places. And Miles therefore gets MORE time with his people. Ellie, our daughter, LOVES doing "place" and commands with him and Jack, our son, is LOVING agility SO much that he and his dad already started building Miles jumps!!! We aren't very far into this but so far 5 HUGE stars. Thank you Brian!!! Also the office staff has been tremendous. They are responsive and kind and great at following up. 9ur entire experience from consultation to two weeks out is excellent!

Wonder Puppy ensures a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors, offering personalized guidance and support. I really had no idea puppy socialization is so important. Wonder Puppy enables a safe and controlled environment where puppies can interact and play with one another. I've already seen the value in these socialization experiences as my puppy is beginning to calm down, and to learn appropriate behaviors... most notably, how much is too much?
