Several years ago, I brought my dog here for daycare. During one drop-off, as I was about to drive off, he was able to bolt out of the facility and ran across the parking lot (in the dark!). Thankfully, a passerby caught him quickly and he was not injured, but this raised serious concerns about supervision and containment during handoff. After that incident, I continued bringing him back to use up pre-paid passes. From that point on, he always refused to leave the car-which made me concerned. Staff later told me he had developed a humping habit and said that if it continued, he would not be able to return. This was difficult to reconcile with what we experienced elsewhere. After we finished our passes, we used another daycare in Beaverton, where he had no issues. Since then, we've moved states a few times and gone to multiple other daycares in different locations, and he has consistently done well without any behavioral concerns. I understand that staff and policies can change over time, so this may not reflect the current operation. However, I think it's important to share past experiences related to safety and how dogs are handled following a stressful incident.

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.

She gets excited every morning If we ask her if she wants to go see another dog and use it's name or an employee. I had a bad injury a year ago and now although we are down to one income, Many Paws saves our Dogs life. She isn't bored at home all day and going for a day wears her out the next day so she's nice and calm with me. We have never had an issue with Many Paws and were recommended by a friend who used to take her dog there. Great place, a little small but our dog enjoyed it.

They provide shampoos/conditioners, towels, slip leads, just about any grooming tool you'd need. They have ear cleaner, cotton balls, cologne spritz's etc. It's 1000000000% worth it. I bring my own shampoo and tools most days, but they always have sanitized equipment if you need it. Staff has always been wonderful as well, very quick to clean up behind people so tubs are ready and stocked for the next person. They're also quick to get you checked out in the lobby. You can also pay before you wash too, which I like to do since my dog always wants to go potty after their bath.

She came home happy and looking sad to be at home so that's always a good sign. Glad to know we can rely on Isel and her staff to take care of our pup when we're out of town and look forward to getting her nails done there as well. My dog loves coming here and the staff is very engaged and aware of what's happening with your pup. They noticed a tiny bump on his head (he had prior to coming) and six months later remembered that bump when he had surgery on it. Their staff is always friendly, seem to love the dogs, and take their time answering any questions. We're very fortunate to have them here. My only quibble is that you don't actually go in to their facility. You arrive, call, and they come get your dog. (At pickup, some folks don't even get out of their car -- the staff opens car door and pup hops in.) So, I haven't actually been inside though they do have tours on Saturdays when they don't have dogs running around. I was put off by that initially, but from the pics I see and how much my dog loves it, I'm fine with it. A nice perk is they take really nice pics of pups for their Instagram page, including the one they took of mine here.
