When we walked up to the front desk, two staff members, including the assistant manager on duty, were engaged in a conversation. Gabriel respectfully stepped away from the conversation to assist us right away, and he did so with kindness and professionalism. We had a similar experience at the snack bar, where we were overlooked at first. Gabriel noticed us, came over, and told us about the membership discounts.
