He met me a couple weeks beforehand at the location to make sure he understood our needs and the problems we had in the past so we didn't repeat them. They push them through as fast as they can and don't treat them like they should be treated. I was told I spent too much time with them, I actually went to nursing school so I could work with veterans because my son and my husband are in the military and there's a lot of changes that need to happen and Veterans need to be treated with respect. I felt like they were not treated that way. Attitude is let's just get them through fast as we can and get them out of here. This clinic needs to be completely overhauled with new staff and people who care.
