Went here tonight to see Louis CK. Although his performance was amazing, as always, as were his opening acts, the staff here is horrible (with exception of security check in). I sat directly behind a group of rowdy guys that smoked the entire time throughout the show and the staff did nothing. Completely inconsiderate. I generally don't mind smoking, but do it outdoors not at an indoor venue with little to no proper ventilation. Ruined the entire show. Also, if you're one of those people who are strict about Covid regulations (which I am not so much), they absolutely do not enforce whatsoever. They didn't check vaccination status and no one wore masks. There was also not a single employee assisting people find their seats. You can enter the venue and watch the show for free if you find an unoccupied seat. Ridiculous. No one checked our tickets. They also tell you no cell phones allowed during the show. BS....no one enforced it. Parking is free, but very poorly lit and impossible to see anything. They sell alcohol, food, and snacks. Response to Question - I went to the Wednesday night show 10/20

We had a Good Time watching these young performers. The sets were done up very nice. Enjoyed the big screen, nice added touch. Thank you O'My Theater well done!! The Performing Arts Center was a perfect place for this performance. Large parking area, good size auditorium and clean restrooms. Would love to see other venues perform here. Save the PAC! It's much need in our community.

Here to see my little ones ballet performances , nice Nice spacious auditorium, sound is good quality, even back row middle is a pretty good vantage point for pictures of the stage . They have a snack bar but only things you can bring in to the actual theater is water ... We all know why

Out of 50+ reviews I have done, this is one of two negative reviews so it shows that I like to usually give props rather than poor reviews. Our group was seated together once everyone arrived, and we all ordered well within the stated two-item minimum (most of us ordered 2-4 items each). Unfortunately, one person's food never came out with the rest of ours. When we asked about it, we were told it was "coming" from another window, yet someone who ordered the exact same item after us--with the same server--received theirs at least 20 minutes earlier. When the food finally arrived, it was after the rest of us had finished eating--and it was cold. To make matters worse, the food that wasn't eaten was taken away by staff while they were clearing tables. When we asked to speak with a manager, things only got worse. Tracey was extremely combative and unprofessional. She accused my friend of eating the food, refused to address the group, and insisted on only speaking to the person who ordered. She also claimed that when the server brought the food, it was said to be hot and they cleared an empty plate--which was simply not true. In reality, my friend had only taken a few bites, and even a server had asked if she wanted a box--so the accusations and statements being made were completely inaccurate and quite demeaning. We weren't expecting anything to be comped--we simply wanted the mistake acknowledged and handled appropriately. Instead, the "solution" was a 10% discount on that one item (about $1.70), which hadn't even been eaten. On top of that, the bill included an extra item we didn't order, and instead of applying the available duo option, items were charged individually, increasing the total unnecessarily. After we agreed to pay (even the unnecessary upcharges) and thought the situation was over, Tracey stood at the end of our row watching us and giving us a stink eye, which felt incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. How would you feel if you are being glared at as if we were in the wrong??? I've worked in customer service, and this was one of the worst managerial interactions I've ever experienced. Tracey was unapologetic, dismissive, and downright rude. No customer should be treated this way. I will say our server was kind and seemed genuinely apologetic, which made it clear the issue was not with the waitstaff but with management. I sincerely feel bad for the employees who have to deal with the fallout from this kind of behavior. The event itself has potential, but the service--especially from management--was unacceptable. I would not return if this manager doesn't get better training and learns that some people are genuinely telling the truth and they should be kind in return.
