Nice selection of arcade game's including VR and good pricing. We spent $20 and my daughter was able to select 3 nice prizes.

We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday last September and everyone loved this hidden gem. Everything is clean and up and running. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to time, we have the monthly membership and it's a total deal $39 a month for 3 months minimum (M-F 1hr) and we usually get 15 mins extra in each visit. Today we came in and noticed this gentleman,Suro, cleaning and making sure all the equipment is up and running, I've seen him multiple times, checking for safety and maintenance. I feel really comfortable leaving my kids in this playground. I am a fan of this place! Tip: You can bring your own grip socks or pay $5 for a pair. There is plenty of FREE parking.

While there, I observed a couple near the bungalows kissing and groping each other in a children's play area while their kids played nearby. What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.

What a fantastic concept!…read more We had such a great experience here. The stay-and-play, open-to-close setup is perfect for families and makes it easy to spend the entire day having fun without feeling rushed. Highlights: Stay and play all day Fun for the entire family Great selection of refreshments at the concession bar Clean, organized, and well-stocked facility Most importantly, the staff made my kids feel genuinely welcome Lowlights: The only thing worth mentioning is that outside food isn't allowed. However, you can leave to grab something to eat and come back afterward, so honestly, it's not really a big deal. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment and, most importantly, for making my kids feel so comfortable and included. That means more than you probably realize. We will absolutely be back!

It was a quick 2 hr limit and it was perfect because after you would be able to sit outside with everyone else if you wanted to stay longer. The place is very clean and the restrooms were spotless as well. The area to play around was very small but entertaining for the kids! They did have a snack area and were kept stocked with lots of chips, drinks, coffee and some candy. They did provide you with socks which I loved!

The worst playground we have ever been to in Los Angeles. If you want your children to be bullied…read morewhile the staff stands around doing absolutely nothing, you can bring them here. I have two children, and we visit different playgrounds all over Los Angeles every single week. We noticed this new playground and decided to try it for the first time today, August 9. It was a HUGE mistake. I was 100% disappointed, and my child left this place IN TEARS. We were there on August 9 starting around 11:00 AM, so management is more than welcome to check the security camera footage and see exactly what happened. Two boys, approximately 7-8 years old, were running around the entire playground bothering other children. They were kicking and pushing kids, making faces at them, calling them names, and refusing to let other children play with the toys while saying things like, "This is all mine." And what did the playground staff do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They were completely indifferent to what was happening right in front of them. The parents of these children seemed equally unconcerned. What exactly is the point of having employees at a CHILDREN'S playground if they are going to stand there and ignore children being kicked, pushed, insulted, and bullied? This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our LAST. We seriously regret wasting our time and money coming here just because we wanted to check out a new playground. Never again.
