This was one of the best parties we have had. The kids were busy the whole time. Everyone including some adults, got to play the games they wanted. We had no worries about organizing games and prizes. It was all put towards the "Gamez on Wheelz." The young man Josiah, was excellent with the kids. He was helpful and patient. I must say I am impressed... When my wife said for my daughters birthday party, a glamour trailer was going to come by, i thought ok, they get some face paint and their nails done.. This is so NOT that... Its a 30-40 foot trailer that pulls up similar to what movie stars use on movie sets for makeup or just hanging out. The front part of the vehicle is a dual seat makeup studio and then a big table in the center where they do a class of sorts, walk them through skin treatments and then do a bunch of crafts, tattoos, hair stuff, girl stuff. Then.. The back unfolds and turns into a 10x10 karaoke stage and then you notice there are monitors on the wall... They bust out the wii dance thing and real karaoke on the back.. They were hear for 2 hours and not one girl had less than an ear to ear smile the whole time. Throughout the day, people would pull over to the side walk and ask what was going on.. The speakers are on loud and not one person in the neighborhood failed to ask what was going on... Think of a mobile dance party / beauty station / fashion thing pulling up in front of your house... VERY impressed... and affordable for what you get. read more

Johnny is rude and aggressive. Beware of this game truck. Not only did we hire them for fortnite, they could NOT establish a WiFi connection and when booking with them confirmed they would have fortnite up and running. Our party landed up playing in our backyard the majority of the time instead of the game truck. In addition, promised to credit me and they did NOT. Furthermore discovered they went and charged my card AGAIN three weeks later. I am now going to have to dispute the charge with my bank and file a claim with the BBB. We had the best experience at our son's 10th Birthday party. We were worried about having such a large guest lists of 30 kids. We added the laser tag and mind games and it was perfect. We could have had more kids and it would have been fine. The kids (mostly boys) loved every minute of it. They couldn't decide what they wanted to do more. Everything was good quality and in great shape. They had every game the kids wanted. They had plenty of laser guns, no one had to wait for one and they all worked perfectly. We had a few neighbors stop by and ask for information after they saw how much fun our kids were having. The kids are still talking about our party and saying it was the best one they have been to. I give 2 stars because of the service, not the product. First, they were out of invites and sent me the template to get some made. Mind you this costs $300 at the cheapest laser tag party. The party was across from the thousand oaks chili cook off, I warned them about traffic. I called them (because they didn't call me!) When they were 45 minutes late! One guy showed up, not dressed in army getup as advertised. My party remembers helped unload (he didn't ask for help, but they were so late). He only put up three bunkers, not the bunkers I asked for. To this day they have not apologized for the total lack of customer service. Not to mention the fact that I didn't receive the full experience advertised for, for my child's 7th birthday! Luckily young kids can entertain themselves and had a great time. I, however, am very disappointed with their service and would suggest using the other laser tag company in the area. Thus company doesn't provide a location, the other company does. read more

Just had the Glamour team come to my girls party. I had their Gamez on Wheelz trailer come to my house for my sons birthday and saw the Glamour on Wheels picture on the door and thought that might be a cute thing for my daughters party. The girls loved it! They were able to get their hair done, makeup, nails, and glitter tattoos. My son even got a tattoo. haha The inside of the trailer was so cute. There was music videos playing and on two of the TVs the girls could play games. One of the game TVs was on a stage so they could play just dance. Made my reservation a month ahead of time and they kept in contact so I never worried they were going to forget me. They showed up on time, got set up right when the kids arrived, and everyone had a great time. The truck looked like it had been to quite a few parties but everything was clean inside and in working order. The boys fought on smash bros, girls danced outside to dance party, adults brutally fought on mortal kombat. We just had a party on Saturday for my son's 8th birthday and it was amazing! Everyone got to play - 2 year old kids and all the girls were playing Rock Band outside - and the adults joined in for singing and rocking out as well. All the boys had a blast inside with their games. It was easy to get the truck into our street even though it was a cul-de-sac, and the driver/staff person was really helpful. All I did was order pizza for the end of the party and had juice boxes and water, and then a cake. No preparation needed! Super easy and my son said it was the best party ever.
