She has no patience for kids, she was yelling at the kids, she was bothered every time kids asked to changed the game or had a question, the kids said " I went to the guy instead cause he was nice" she took the controller from kids kicked them off the gaming truck cause they didn't know how to play and made them cry. I booked the 805 game truck online and paid a deposit and received a confirmation for a $325 cost for a Thursday evening party. The next night I got an email from Mariesela letting me know that a party in LA county would be $425, despite the fact that their website said 25 miles or more would only be a $50 surcharge (note I live 27 miles away and only 1 mile into LA county). I emailed her back and explained that their website didn't say anything about excess fees for LA County. 4 days later she contacted me and said "I know our website is misleading...". It was obvious she didn't want to do the party I had booked her for and she recommended a vendor in LA County. Since I had already sent out invites I felt I didn't have any choice but to find another vendor since she clearly was not interested in fulfilling her obligation that I had booked online. I booked another game truck for $150 more which was a tough pill to swallow since I had already moved my party to a Thursday to try to save money. I was left with a bad taste from this vendor. Clearly they don't care about honoring their bookings and they don't have any qualms about their admittedly "misleading" website. As a professional I value and respect honesty and standing behind your quotes. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their pricing or bookings and they have no remorse about it. read more

This is an amazing experience!!! Totally would recommend!!! We had a party for my son who turned 11, so we had 12 boys aged 10 to 12 years and 3 teenagers, this was perfect for them, even the dads went in the truck, think they were more excited than the kids! I was worried that with so many boys they would maybe be fighting inside, and not at all! The gamer inside was very very patient with all these boys and their requests, they even have WiFi inside, the gamer helped the boys from a wide selection and for the girls, they put a TV outside and they got to play dancing games, racecar game for the toddlers there was something there for everyone. We did 2 hours and literally all the kids did not leave the bus!! I wish we would have gotten more hours just cuz after the boys were very sad and wanted to go back in, it was a hot summer day in fillmore and the truck had air conditioning. There was even a boy that has autism inside, his mom was afraid that with so many kids inside he would have an outburst but she was soo relieved that she could relax with the adults outside, it is air conditioned, dim lights, with fun lights inside, he absolutely sat there and watched the other kids play for the whole 2 hours. One last thing that was amazing is that we had parking issues in front of my house, they were able to park in a relatively small area and didn't have disturb neighbors parking, they are very accommodating and helpful.
