They arrived for set up on the day-of exactly on time, and made sure to double check with me the exact location and orientation I wanted the soft play area to be set up. I noticed they cleaned and wiped down each individual piece before placing it all together as part of their setup process, which I so appreciated. THEY LEFT... no call, no text, just left. When the representative actually spoke with me I asked why they didn't call (we have 2 entry points to the back yard they had been here before they knew that. We had spent additional $ for a 30x30 tent to make sure the area was dry for them) she said "I thought your wife saw us when we pulled up". No call no text just left.... a 2 years olds bday party was left 1/2 done because they just decided that they didn't want to perform on the Contract. When I pleaded with them to help me find a solution I was told "we have two other parties in a different direction, we won't be doing yours, I'll just refund the deposit.
