    We had a wonderful experience working with E-Rentals for our wedding on 10/7/17. We had talked to many rental companies and 99% of them were either rude, outrageously expensive, or were too "busy" to care if they get your business or not. This wasn't the case with E-Rentals. Erik was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. We felt that he cared about making this process as smooth as possible for us, which really helped in making us feel we were in good hands. The only bump we ran into: the chairs we had initially ordered got stolen from their warehouse months before our wedding. We didn't find this out until a couple of days before our wedding, which unfortunately caused some distress on our end. Given how great communications had been with Erik, I was a bit shocked. I wished we were notified of this as soon as it happened; it would've been one less thing to be stressed about before the wedding. However, Erik worked with us to figured out a solution that were we were both happy with. We were able to resolve this within an afternoon. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing after that. Delivery was set for the day before the event; Erik and his team arrived promptly and everything was setup just as we had discussed. They arrived promptly after our event for pickup. I do recommend E-Rentals. Our experience with them has been 90% positive. Their pricing is affordable and reasonable. And their customer service is great.

    If I could rate this place 10 stars, I'd do exactly that. Long story short, the rental place I had originally made plans with canceled on me last minute ("the day before" last minute). So you can only imagine the stress I had because of that. I came across E-Rentals and decided to give them a try and honestly-- BEST DECISION EVER. Eric was the one who helped me out and I was able to get EVERYTHING that I needed (considering my event being THE NEXT DAY!!). Super professional. High quality decorative pieces. Just an overall outstanding business. I will be using them for future events.

    Rental item options, quality of items, price effectiveness and service. In all four of these areas Erentals Eventos surpassed our expectations, which due to it being our wedding were very high standards. I'll focus on two of the main factors: Price and service. Price wise, you won't find a rental company in Ventura/Santa Barbara county more affordable. We shopped around (I believe we received about 6 or 7 quotes) and they had the best pricing. To be clear affordability does not mean quality is sacrificed as the rental item are of the same quality as much more expensive rental companies. For our wedding, 155 guests at Casa de la Guerra in downtown Santa Barbara, we ended up renting tables, chairs, linens, champagne flutes, bar tables, bar, 2 bartenders, delivery to SB, pick up, and setup. In terms of service, we had an amazing experience. Erik at Erentals Eventos was a total professional who was there for the 1,001 questions we had. I really appreciated the suggestions and help since there were not salesly at all. They did a great job in letting know all the options and made suggestions based on their professional experience. I'd also consider delivery,setup,pickup, and bartenders as a service and in this regard Erentals Eventos was also exceptional. The delivery crew was not only punctual (actually a bit early which was great) but they were done very quickly even though there was a ton of items to setup. Pickup was also done very quickly and they were also punctual. In addition we had bartenders through Erentals Eventos and they did a great job. Our guests really enjoyed their cocktails (we had 4 signature drinks). Overall this company was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone & everyone. Wedding rentals are a HUGE deal and so many things can go wrong, but if you go with Erentals Eventos you wont have to worry about anything while also not over paying.

    E Rentals provided us with excellent and professional service with our recent Thanksgiving party rental. We used our harbor deck as a dining room and rented everything from E Rentals. I received many compliments on how lovely and seasonal it all looked.

I'll start with why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. They actually did eventually show up and were brave enough to face a couple of disgruntled customers and the kids had so much fun. And they gave us a small discount for the terrible experience (though I had to ask for it LOL). So for that, they get one extra star. This reservation was made 3 weeks in advance, and confirmed the day prior. Jumper does not show and my sister calls and they said they never had the reservation, didn't remember the phone call yesterday and instead it would be 11am arrival time (party started at 10). This is where I took over communication because it had gotten a bit frustrating for my sister (who is hosting the party; she had other things on her plate) that they were "not remembering" anything and not following through. So I then called them to see the status of the delivery and the guy says he has no one by [my sister's] name or address and the only one they have in their schedule is someone at 12 by the name of Laura. I expressed my concern that they did not remember a conversation that happened just 30 minutes prior and had occurred yesterday. And that the time/information changed from having a reservation under her name at 10 then 11 to having no reservation except at 12. This is where it felt like I was in the twilight zone. I suggested that they should make this right because there are children here who are upset and this was very bad service. I also want to note that they would never answer from a phone that we just called at. It would always go to voicemail. So we would call from a different line and they would pick up! It was quite obvious and ridiculous what they were doing. They finally did show, at this point it's about 15 minutes before the party is over. I had to ask for a discount because they weren't going to offer it. When I asked for a more generous one, the guy just answered "well you shouldn't have told us to come then"... (uhh ok. I mean, it should have really been comped considering the runaround they gave us.) Then, as they're setting up, they're running the hose and using some sketchy towel to clean the bounce house! Meanwhile we're all staring at them and 1 of the kids is having a fit/tantrum having to wait for the bounce house and we're having to hold back the other kids as they're trying to climb in. Aren't these things supposed to be cleaned at the warehouse and after each use? Not AT the party? Despite them "cleaning" the bounce house, it smelled like a barnyard and had grass in it. I've been in bounce houses, I know they sometimes have a smell... but this was embarrassing... the kids still loved it, but it was gross... So I don't just criticize without giving a suggestion of how it could have been made right in the future. Good customer service would have gone like this.... even if this was a lie (I mean, they were lying anyway)... you could have said "I'm very sorry, we are short staffed and something happened with our reservations, we are on our way and will resolve this right away" and then resolve it. It is mind boggling that they continued to act like they didn't remember the reservation LOL...and didn't even care to try and make it right.... just made it even the more infuriating. Just own up to the mistake, apologize and make it right. That would have given you a couple more stars.

Had grass inside & candy wrappers too- another negative. Jumper should have been cleaned prior to delivery to my home. Didn't care for having trash delivered to my home via the jumper. Tacky. Should've been cleaned prior to delivery. Hardworking folks, but cleanliness is a MUST. Unacceptable. Period.
