    My experience with them was like the twilight zone (so forgive me if my review is scattered). My…read moresister is the one with the original reservation but after some frustration, I took over with communication with them and managed to get them to come. I'll start with why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. They actually did eventually show up and were brave enough to face a couple of disgruntled customers and the kids had so much fun. And they gave us a small discount for the terrible experience (though I had to ask for it LOL). So for that, they get one extra star. This reservation was made 3 weeks in advance, and confirmed the day prior. Jumper does not show and my sister calls and they said they never had the reservation, didn't remember the phone call yesterday and instead it would be 11am arrival time (party started at 10). This is where I took over communication because it had gotten a bit frustrating for my sister (who is hosting the party; she had other things on her plate) that they were "not remembering" anything and not following through. So I then called them to see the status of the delivery and the guy says he has no one by [my sister's] name or address and the only one they have in their schedule is someone at 12 by the name of Laura. I expressed my concern that they did not remember a conversation that happened just 30 minutes prior and had occurred yesterday. And that the time/information changed from having a reservation under her name at 10 then 11 to having no reservation except at 12. This is where it felt like I was in the twilight zone. I suggested that they should make this right because there are children here who are upset and this was very bad service. I also want to note that they would never answer from a phone that we just called at. It would always go to voicemail. So we would call from a different line and they would pick up! It was quite obvious and ridiculous what they were doing. They finally did show, at this point it's about 15 minutes before the party is over. I had to ask for a discount because they weren't going to offer it. When I asked for a more generous one, the guy just answered "well you shouldn't have told us to come then"... (uhh ok. I mean, it should have really been comped considering the runaround they gave us.) Then, as they're setting up, they're running the hose and using some sketchy towel to clean the bounce house! Meanwhile we're all staring at them and 1 of the kids is having a fit/tantrum having to wait for the bounce house and we're having to hold back the other kids as they're trying to climb in. Aren't these things supposed to be cleaned at the warehouse and after each use? Not AT the party? Despite them "cleaning" the bounce house, it smelled like a barnyard and had grass in it. I've been in bounce houses, I know they sometimes have a smell... but this was embarrassing... the kids still loved it, but it was gross... So I don't just criticize without giving a suggestion of how it could have been made right in the future. Good customer service would have gone like this.... even if this was a lie (I mean, they were lying anyway)... you could have said "I'm very sorry, we are short staffed and something happened with our reservations, we are on our way and will resolve this right away" and then resolve it. It is mind boggling that they continued to act like they didn't remember the reservation LOL...and didn't even care to try and make it right.... just made it even the more infuriating. Just own up to the mistake, apologize and make it right. That would have given you a couple more stars.

    Delivered on time- a plus! Allowed us to keep the jumper after the end time- a plus! Jumper wasn't…read moreclean after last use- a negative. Had grass inside & candy wrappers too- another negative. Jumper should have been cleaned prior to delivery to my home. Didn't care for having trash delivered to my home via the jumper. Tacky. Should've been cleaned prior to delivery. Hardworking folks, but cleanliness is a MUST. Unacceptable. Period.
