We had talked to…read moremany rental companies and 99% of them were either rude, outrageously expensive, or were too "busy" to care if they get your business or not. This wasn't the case with E-Rentals. Erik was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. We felt that he cared about making this process as smooth as possible for us, which really helped in making us feel we were in good hands. The only bump we ran into: the chairs we had initially ordered got stolen from their warehouse months before our wedding. We didn't find this out until a couple of days before our wedding, which unfortunately caused some distress on our end. Given how great communications had been with Erik, I was a bit shocked. I wished we were notified of this as soon as it happened; it would've been one less thing to be stressed about before the wedding.
