Fantastic Experience for My Daughter's Birthday Party We rented a jumper from Party Rental Services for my daughter's birthday party, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was very professional, and their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other rental companies in the area. The equipment itself was high quality, clean, and in excellent condition--exactly what you want when kids are playing on it all day. It was a pleasure working with them, and they made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Party Rental Services and definitely look forward to working with them again for future events! Thank you, Party Rental Services! read more

This company has great customer service and a great variety of products and their prices are unbeatable. I've been using this company for 4 years now. Last minute party no problem. They always fulfill our expectations. Would like to give a special thanks to the delivery team for the rapid delivery and set up on such late notice, also for making sure everything was safe and secured as it was extremely windy. I recommend this company to anyone for you for your future parties or gatherings. read more

I've been using them for years, rented a jumper tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday. I noticed the jumper wasn't right I immediately texted the number that texts confirmations out. I was basically told oh well this one fits better per their delivery driver. I ordered a 13x13 princess castle and received an 11x11 normal jumper. Pretty disappointed in the whole transaction. I had more than enough room to bring it forward into the space I intended to use for it. I also had a tree trimmer tool waiting to remove any small branches. read more

I have used their services over the last four years and every time I've used them, they've been great! They are prompt with delivery. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. They never disappoint!!!! Always exceed my expectations. Since we moved here in Simi Valley we rented kids chairs and tables and jumper. They are very easy to communicate with, they reply fast as well. The last time we had a party for my daughter I wanted a jumper with a slide however my backyard is not that big and not sure if it will fit. They even made an extra mile to come to my house to check which jumper will fit. I even requested if they can deliver it in the afternoon and pick it up late like 8pm since it's summer and it's going to be too hot for the kids to play with and my request was granted, the jumper is very clean and big s the kids had a blast. I will be their forever customer for sure!!! Thank you and keep up the good customer service. read more

Super easy, NO HASSLE, no fine print. I booked a bouncer a week prior to my sons party after I canceled from another company due to shady fine print fees. I couldn't believe how easy it was to place the order and the prices were more than reasonable. I thought this seems too good to be true. Everything went so well. They were punctual and professional when arrived and picked up! Paid when they picked up jumper, tables and chairs that I ordered. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Reserved 7 rectangular tables and 40 chairs for my baby shower during Labor Day weekend. A week after I left a message I still never heard back from them, so I took the advice of another review and texted them. Got a response right away and was able to reserve my items for way less money than other rental companies. Only a $10 delivery fee and the pick up/drop off was prompt and easy. I was able to rent some tables and chairs for a dinner party on pretty short notice - I contacted them on Thursday afternoon and had a party on Saturday evening. I received an immediate response to my text message inquiry and had it all confirmed within the hour. They showed up Friday at the time they promised, and everything was clean. Pricing was very reasonable, and excellent service. Would highly recommend! read more

Prices were good. However our bounce house was dirty and torn in several places. We asked for next day pickup and were never given a time so we waited till 5:30 pm the next day. The driver then showed up and was drinking a modelo beer and driving! I know it's not the crime of the century but drinking then driving into neighborhoods where there are children was enough for me not use this company again. read more

My family has been renting jumpers from this family business since.. Well, since before they implemented the delivery fee! Probably about 3+ years now at least. We usually call the day before or sometimes even the day of, and they will bring a jumper to our house right away. Mrs is very polite and Mr is very friendly, they typically do the drop off themselves. Mr goes over the rules and expectations with each model before he leaves. The jumpers are clean and in good shape for the most part. A few of the times we've rented, some younger guys would pick the jumper up, but they were quick and on their way. More recently, Mr leaves the jumper with us until the next day (which the kids love). He calls ahead to make sure we are ready for pick up and then comes right over. Have some bills and be ready to pay cash. We have been pretty satisfied with service received and recommend this business to everyone who asks our family for a referral! read more

I would highly recommend Party Rental Services in Simi Valley! They were friendly, reliable, and prompt. We had a party for 70 people and the prices were reasonable for good quality tables, chairs, and canopy. The delivery cost/set-up was only $10, they helped set-up everything. They delivered the day before so I had plenty of time to decorate and picked up the equipment the next day. If we have another party we will definitely go with this company! read more
