I contacted several event rental companies to provide chairs, tables and linens for a baby shower to be held in a park just down the street from us in Ventura. Cheers Event Rentals was very responsive to my inquiry and their prices were very competitive. The shower was only going to have about 35 people so it was a pretty small party and yet Cheers was very accommodating to our needs. Talking to Jessica on the phone was reassuring that all of the items were going to be delivered without any problems. Cheers came up with a great idea of delivering everything to the park in their trailer on Saturday morning so we could unload and then leaving the trailer so that we could load the chairs, tables and linens back into the trailer for them to pick up later. Since our event was small, all the other vendors were going to delivery the items to my house on Friday and pick up on Monday. This really saved us the trouble and time to move everything to and from our house on the day of the shower. We met Jessica at the park in the morning and everything worked out great with the convenience of having their trailer right there when we were done. Working with Jessica and Cheers Events was a very good experience and I would suggest contacting them if you are in need to rent items for your event. Cheers Event Rental was great to work with for a recent wedding. They were quick to respond and, even though I made some last minute changes, they were very accommodating. Also, the quality of their padded chairs was great and linens were in good shape with no stains. We did high top tables with stretch linens. Very responsive, especially to texts at any hour. This is very reassuring when under the gun to get a dinner for 25 people successfully served. They brought the chairs and tables as scheduled and contacted us ahead of time. The chairs were clean, comfortable, and sturdy. Same with the tables and linens. They also picked up on time, went thru the inventory list so there were no erroneous charges. My only gripe is that I was told on the phone that the Chill n Fill would come with ice. We had to send somebody out to get the ice; a minor hassle. I'm just glad I had somebody to send as I was in the midst of heating food, putting out place settings and kicking people out of my kitchen lol. If not for the ice gripe I'd have given 5 stars. I highly recommend this business. Jessica knows what she's doing and two things: 1) the wedding we attended the next day would have gone more smoothly if they'd have used Cheers, and 2) the wedding planner they hired was lame. Cheers provided us with five star service from beginning to end. They were both professional and personal. They were easy to work with, helpful with suggestions, and spot on with both delivery and breakdown of all rental items. The 18 full length white table clothes were delivered individually wrapped as though they had just come from the dry cleaners. The 150 padded white ceremony chairs were set up, broken down, quickly and quietly with ease and speed. The water table-PERFECT!! The water table was beautifully done. Three different flavored waters were both delicious and decorative. The umbrella at the table kept the water out of the sun so that it could remain refreshing. Cheers went above and beyond by selecting fruit from the waters to make the flower girl a cup of all her favorite fruits! This was a tremendous help in keeping the 2 year old flower girl happy and occupied!! My only regret is that we didn't use their wedding coordinator service- we wish we had!
