It's a tiny store but there is a huge selection and the man working the counter was super helpful in finding me some cute balloons to decorate our apartment with. He even made a cute little balloon bouquet with all the balloons for me and filled them up with the helium (see pic). I was super grateful, especially because helium is so expensive and it's somewhat hard to find someone who will actually fill them with helium here. I was also happy to find/support a store that was family owned here in SB. The balloons were gorgeous and my friend loved them!! I'll be coming back!

We paid a total of $424.70 and only got $100 of the $300 they were supposed to give us back for services that were never rendered. They claimed they had invested our money in store inventory and that they did not refund money, but at that time, they had no signs to that effect. They say that they are Christian and can be trusted, but they cussed my husband off when he called to demand the rest of our money. Don't go to these people. I had to give them a star rating to be able to post this review, but they deserve a -10. UPDATE: They have changed their name slightly and moved onto a location north of the old but still on Saviers Road near Five Points.
