I received pricing, booked the date, and confirmed everything. The park requires vendors to provide proof of insurance, and Jeff assured me it would not be a problem. As the event date approached, I followed up to confirm the paperwork had been submitted. At first there was no response. After multiple follow-ups, he said he had switched insurance companies and was waiting for the new paperwork. I agreed to wait a couple of days. After that, I followed up twice more and received no response at all. Luckily, I left myself enough time to find another vendor. Otherwise, I could have been left with nothing for the party. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel my time and energy were wasted.
