They switched my oil change gauge to show they had performed an oil change but they did not. Did not admit to there mistake and with no sympathy, told me to come back in to waste more of my time. I had called to get a AC recharge AND oil change. They called back with OTHER issues with my car but I always wanted the oil change. Could not admit to there mistakes and clearly don't care about customer service. Would NOT recommend. Overpriced too! read more

Been here twice and I have had great experiences both times. They have the best price point for full synthetic oil, their lounge area is comfortable, their front desk staff is very friendly and I'm very pleased with the overall service. Pulse Auto Care runs an honest business and their work shows it. I had consistent issues with my tires recently, and assumed it was just the weather - until it would lose pressure every day. I brought it in for them to look at and they suggested I may need new tires. I however purchased tires less than a year ago from a big brand auto store (still had the invoice to prove it). They ended up taking it upon themselves to bring in my car to a local, but same big brand auto store to get the tires fixed and they did not ask for any labor or parts cost. Keep in mind, this issue was not Pulse's, it was the first big brand auto store's issue! I've always been weary of auto mechanics and the way they run their business, but Pulse is 100% different. I will exclusively only bring my car to them and I have been raving about them to people I know. 12/10 would recommend! read more

I found Pulse Auto through Groupon. I got a Synthetic oil change on my car and was pleasantly surprised with the price and did not expect a full check of the health of my car. Nothing needed immediate repair but I was alerted to future issues. Front brakes were down to 20%. I took my wife's car in for a Synthetic oil change and received the same results advising me of future repairs. How many places will give you a full safety check when your just getting an oil change. I decided to stop here on my way to work today for an oil change and I am so glad I did!! They took my car right away - no wait! Rick (the mechanic) came in and talked with me and got my "OK" before proceeding with the services so I knew exactly what to expect, and he really knows his stuff! That was very appreciated because I have been surprised in the past. Jill was at the front desk. She was super friendly and even got up to personally show me to the waiting area, which has a nice big screen TV, couch, and children's play area. They even have a kitchen with snacks and drinks for you while you wait! The oil change price was more than reasonable, since my car takes synthetic oil. My husband bought the Groupon for an A/C recharge and I expected this shop to be like any other auto shop I've been to. Let me tell you, I was blown away. Right when you walk in Jillian greets you and is so friendly. Their waiting room feels like a homey living room with TV, sofa, chairs, and games to entertain. They also have a kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee and tea! I'm not a coffee drinker so I was very excited to see a selection of tea to brew. I had recently gotten my engine replaced by AAA and after that my power steering line was leaking and my A/C was not working. Rick was able to tell my condensor had a leak causing my A/C issues and put dye in the power steering reservoir so he could see exactly where the leak was. Long story short, AAA wanted to charge me $600 to fix my power steering alone and Rick resealed the pump and replaced my condensor for a little more than that. Rick showed both my husband and myself both of the leaks as well as the old condensor (I had no idea what one looked like and really appreciated he took the time to explain and show why mine was bad). Jillian really tried to get the best price for the condenser and Rick is a quick, efficiant worker. I got my car back in under two hours. They are a great team and their honesty about what was going on with my car really left an impression on me. I will definitely be going back for any future car issues. read more

OUTSTANDING A+ SERVICE: I have a 2004 Mazda 3 with 230,000 miles on it. My car had been misdiagnosed at another nearby local auto center so I decided to give Pulse a shot after reading some glowing reviews. They lived up to the hype and exceeded all of my expectations. My engine light was on, acceleration was sputtering and there was a noisy vibration coming from the front wheels. The team at Pulse confidently figured out exactly what was wrong with the car. It's an old car that has been driven hard and they prioritized the repairs to make sure that it was safe to drive. The prices were competitive and fair. The customer service was exceptional. Jillian was over the top friendly and professional. She kept in touch every step of the way thru phone calls, emails and text messages. Rick the mechanic is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of all the work that was done to the car. They could not have been any nicer... truly a great family vibe. The shop itself and waiting room areas are super clean and inviting. I had a sense of security and peace of mind that my car was in good hands because of the pride and passion that the Pulse team projected. The car is 14 years old and now rides like new since they fixed the issues. Oh...I was also due for an emissions test and they actually got the car to pass and had a certificate ready to go when I picked up the car...unbelievable service!! I don't write many reviews but this experience definitely warranted one. I would give 10 stars if I could. Wish I found this place earlier... it would have saved me a lot of money. The waiting room is extremely comfortable and clean. Definitely the best automotive repair waiting room I have ever attended.
