My visit took place on 06/25/2025, and ever since that day, the office has consistently failed to provide the medical report needed to close my case. For over five months, I have been calling the office repeatedly, leaving messages, and requesting updates. Every single time, I was either ignored or told that someone would get back to me--yet no one ever did. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unbelievable. The staff is extremely unresponsive, and the doctor himself does not seem to take patient care or case follow-ups seriously. This delay has affected my legal case, caused unnecessary stress, and forced me to chase after paperwork that should have been handled promptly. This office shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero regard for patients who depend on timely documentation, especially after an injury.
