My visit took place on 06/25/2025, and ever since that day, the office has consistently failed to provide the medical report needed to close my case. Every single time, I was either ignored or told that someone would get back to me--yet no one ever did. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unbelievable. The staff is extremely unresponsive, and the doctor himself does not seem to take patient care or case follow-ups seriously. This delay has affected my legal case, caused unnecessary stress, and forced me to chase after paperwork that should have been handled promptly. This office shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero regard for patients who depend on timely documentation, especially after an injury. Dr. Lee Sheinkopf is an amazing doctor. My husband has had allergies and asthma for 30+ years and…read morewe finally feel like we're in the right place to really start fixing his issues. He had blood tests done, got referred to an ENT and had a CT scan done, which revealed some of his issues. (He will probably have surgery done before the end of the year to fix his deviated septum and other issues.) She had him do pulmonary function tests, he got some booster shots, and did the allergy skin test to figure out what all he is allergic to. Dr. Sheinkopf also started him on new mediciations to help control his asthma and allergies better. It was hit or miss with a few meds, but he now seems to be on the right cocktail of meds to maintain his symptoms. He starts allergy shots in a few weeks and is now on a biologics treatment for his asthma. Dr. Sheinkopf has a great bedside manner (which is lacking in a lot of Doctors). She explains everything very thoroughly and is genuinely interested in helping her patients get to a better place. She has a great memory and takes great notes. She's also quick to respond to messages sent via the patient portal. We're very happy to have found this place and this doctor. My husband has suffered with his asthma and allergies for years, so to finally feel like we're on the right path is such a relief. Additionally...the nurses that have been delivering his shots or doing his skin tests are all very kind and sweet and knowledegable, which is awesome. The one note I would make is that even though masks are required to be worn in the office, one of the assistants behind the counter had her mask down by her chin, which I wasn't thrilled about. We've also seen a few patients with their masks under their nose or not wearing one at all. I wish this would be enforced a little better...especially since it's an Allergy & Asthma Care Center and maintaining health is very important. Other than that, our experience has been great.
