Staff were very helpful & friendly. You have to take your time and look through this place just to appreciate it. They even have ashtrays mounted on the wall between urinals so you truly never have to leave your cigar behind, lol. They have a huge parking lot as they sit on a site all their own. I was surprised to learn that when ordering food (not desserts or drinks) you get a cigar with it. You don't choose it, they do. I got a 'Romeo y Julieta Reserve,' so a quality cigar, not some random nonsense. Not truly sure if that is every time, or just your first time there, which for me it was. I ordered their parm garlic wings & they were very good and well prepared. The space is great & very comfortable. Servers come to you and take your order and bring your food, so you never have to even leave your lounge chair. I found 4 cigars that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere & 2 cigars that I ended up ordering online in the past. Now I know where to find all 6 for future enjoyment. Prices on everything are fair. For 5 cigars, food, non-alcoholic drink, & tip I spent about $110 & got a good complimentary cigar. This place will be highly recommended by me moving forward.

I got great cigars and was not rushed out or bothered by anyone. I took my time to look at the huge selection of cigars. Once I was done, I was rung up and given 20% off because I was a member and the general manager gave me a free ashtray since there was an issue with their computer which didn't bother me much. The price was right and I ended up saving over $80 and walked out with 35 cigars. I ended up having a cigar cut and sat in their super clean lounge. I really like their lounge alot. The chairs are comfortable, the temperature is always right, and the people are friendly. Just waiting for the kitchen/bar to open so I can grab a coffee. The lounge is pretty big and it looks like you may reserve some areas. Overall, I really enjoy taking the trip out here and relaxing. This place rocks!

The locals & regulars are always welcoming. Inviting you to sit with them & sharing their drink with you, as this place is BYOB. They have a fee for providing you with ice & a glass, but nothing outrageous. They also have in-house soft drinks & coffee/espresso. Everyone greets you, will shake your hand, it's an amazing cigar community. Mellow classy environment setting the ultimate chill vibes. Climate control & air filtration systems are top notch. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions. This place is a high class vibe, without being judgy. It is for everybody! It sits in a strip mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. They also allow you to bring in outside food or have it delivered. They also sell cigar accessories on site such as Boveda bags, cutters, & lighters. This place is a true gem of the area and a place you should definitely stop by.

Why? because its just so much cheaper to get it done that way, but I'm stuck enjoying them on my patio or garage. This place has allowed me to enjoy cigars in a wonderfully decorated and maintained[and heated] lounge, complete with beer, wine, cocktails, food, TVs, plush chairs and tables. I love to come here and watch football games. Now, I do agree with some that their service (waitresses) can be a bit lackluster and I do recall waiting 15 minutes for my check one visit, but I didn't mind too much since I was still completing my cigar at the time and wasn't in much of a rush to get out. Secondly, I didn't go in with high hopes on the food. They provide typical bar food like the Nachos I've ordered in the past. I have to say though, it was a hefty portion of nachos, definitely shareable at a weight of approximately 10lbs for $12. And by the way, they give you a free cigar with every food purchase! Quite a good deal if you ask me! I look forward to many more visits at this fine establishment which is excellent to visit by your self or even with a group of friends.
