I tried to give Uma Flowers one more chance and they made another irresponsible mistake. I ordered an RSO syringe and by accident, they gave me FSO Cannot take it back , but it's their mistake !!! They treat everyone like a junkie. Their prices are too high. I have very politely asked for assistance on various matters multiple times and they did nothing. I make a special trip to other dispensaries now to AVOID UMA FLOWERS. Making a left out of the parking lot is a death trap. Do you want to be happy with your purchase? Do you work hard for your money? Would you want an experience that inspires someone to write a review like this? Think about it'... I do not see why anyone would give a dime to this place. read more

Great service, good prices, and a convenient location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The reason for the two stars is: The one glaring issue is the sativa selection. When I asked the budtender about it, they said they sell out quickly. To me, that doesn't sound like a supply issue so much as an inventory management issue. I don't think you'd have to worry about being overstocked with quality, reasonably priced sativa products if they're consistently selling out. Hopefully they adjust their ordering because everything else about this dispensary is worth coming back for. read more

been going to this dispensary for a couple months, I have to wait so long after my initial pickup order time is because they never have weed ready. People in the line for non pickup orders literally get done faster than the people who are there for a pickup order, bud tenders will be yapping it up with the customers (in the pre order lines) while there are 20+ people in the store instead of saying a name/only taking people who's orders are ready. I live in Morristown and dont even want to support this place because they put 0 effort in being quick and getting customers out of the store. read more

This was my first time visiting a dispensary and I had a good experience. My group did receive help from the staff, but I did warn the worker that I had no idea what the mg quantities meant. The worker proceeded to keep telling us about milligram values and it completely went over my head. As a newbie, I really just needed basic information. The worker recommended items for aiding with sleep, which was helpful. It would be nice if they could provide better allergen information for the products, especially while browsing at the digital kiosks. I was attempting to find gummies that were vegetarian friendly, and the worker struggled with knowing which products were appropriate. While this may not seem like a big deal, there is a huge market of vegans/vegetarians that need that information when purchasing edible items. Although it seemed like they were out of stock for many items, I am happy with my purchases and would return. read more

This place will advertise many discounts and tell you to your face you can apply multiple discounts to one purchase. I purchased 2 $60 products while applying 2 25% discounts to the order (daily discount, and frequent flyer discount) my receipt listed two products for $60 each but the subtotal was $140, they added a random $20 to my subtotal to negate the 2nd 25% discount. When I went back to the store they told me that's how it is supposed to be and the "receipt prints weird when you use 2 discounts" when I did the math in front of them on my calculator the manager claimed "there is a 3rd hidden tax that isn't on the receipt". So that means the subtotal magically has an extra $20? I paid 97.76. I realized the manager would keep making things up until I left so I did. Even with their random 140 subtotal plus the 7.76 tax listed on the receipt. When you apply 2 25% discounts . (147.76 x 0.75) x 0.75 = I should have paid 83.12. With a correct subtotal of 120 plus their tax (127.76 x 0.75) x 0.75 =71.87. This place will charge you false amounts then lie to your face when you tell them there is a mistake on their own receipt. I was wronged twice on one transaction 1: being charged an extra $20 out of no where. 2: being given a false discount against what they advertised. read more

This place takes longer than any other dispo I've ever been to regardless of its busy or empty. Regardless of if I order ahead or now. It's always a bad experience but close to my job so I stop in sometimes and always regret it. Once I waited in a long line and at the counter they told me to order at the kiosk... they sold me a battery without a charger (not a standard charger but a weird charger one wouldn't have) How long does it take to get a single item from the back I ordered ahead when there is not a single customer here other than me. Longtime Morristown resident. I have purchased over 20 products from this place. Many trips there. I was there the day it opened. I have never once returned a product or had an issue. This week I bought an ozone cart. I kept it upright in a cabinet until I opened it yesterday. It worked for a little while until it stopped working completely. Still more than halfway full. I have 3 batteries and other cartridges I tried cleaning it and made sure the batteries fired other Carts I had. The cartridge is defective. I called and talked to a manager by the name of August. He was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. The only advice he gave me was to stick a paper clip in the bottom and poke around. Laughably unprofessional stuff. Whoever is in charge definitely needs to take a look at who they are promoting. As a long time customer, I would highly recommend you do not give this place your business. Privileged, nasty attitude from just a few of the workers that dampened the entire experience for me. This place has sold me flat out the wrong items or faulty products at LEAST 5 times and when I come back to return or exchange them (even if they're unopened) they act as if I am the biggest inconvenience. I've never been refunded once, even though they've accidentally given me the wrong dosage of edibles, even after I verbally confirmed with them that they were what I ordered 2 seperate times. If they mess up they will try to blame it on you. They also sell disposables that stop working within the first 2 days. Beware of one of the shift leads, he is one the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. must've been ego tripping hard because he made himself look stupid af in front of his coworkers after he messed up my order thrice in one day, I think he was just embarrassed because I had to come in 3 separate times to correct it. Absolute joke of "customer service," don't waste your time here. there are much better dispensaries with reasonable prices in NJ. Also, if you try to leave an honest review they'll delete it if they disagree with you lol! childish. Or, even better, you'll get some A.I. generated response, because if your shift lead is too s-l-o-w to do his job right, he's definitely not smart enough to conjure up half a paragraph in return.
