I had to flag down different servers each time I needed something, twice for drink orders and again just to get the check. Because of the lack of attention, I didn't feel comfortable ordering another drink and honestly just wanted to leave. I also never received water, while guests who arrived before and after me were given water without asking. It made the service feel inconsistent and inattentive, which took away from what could have been a much better experience.

They are offering a greater variety of new premium cigars - along with their own hand rolled cigars. Really enjoying the new energy and changes here. Looking forward to see what else Rocky and Zimri do in the future. So far, it's been a great launch.

There are lunge chairs, big flat screen TVs that line the wall and a bar by the entrance. They have another level with more lunge chairs and TVs and outside seating. When I returned, my entire table had been cleared including my cigar despite my personal belongings still being there. I asked to speak with the manager, Ric, to explain what happened. Instead of taking ownership or attempting to resolve the situation, he told me he "didn't know I was coming back" and decided to clear the table anyway. Even after I pointed out that my jacket was still at the table, he simply said it was an error and there was nothing he was going to do. What made the situation even worse was his attitude. He then questioned whether I had purchased the cigar there and tried to tell me I should have paid a $10 fee for bringing one in something I have NEVER been charged in my many previous visits. Rather than acknowledging his mistake, he doubled down. I suggested a simple goodwill gesture allowing me to buy a replacement cigar at a discount and he flatly and rudely refused. When I asked what he could do to make the situation right, he said "nothing" and ended the conversation. Mistakes happen in hospitality. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or basic customer care from management. The dismissive and confrontational response turned a simple error into a truly negative experience. Based on how this was handled, I will not be returning and I would strongly caution others about the level of service they can expect if an issue arises.

You can bring your own cigar, which two of us did. They do charge $15 to cut it, however that is waived if you order one of their cigars. Our waiter stated to us they were just filling in for someone & wasn't the person to explain the cigar menu (this was our first time here) but they will have someone come over. The person who came over was the bartender & although he was very nice & personable, while explaining to us, I don't think any drinks were being made, hence my prior comment, having two bartenders. We noticed once we started to smoke our cigars the service got better, which is interesting. We had about 2-3 people check in with us asking if we needed anything & they were more attentive. I get it's a cigar bar, but we actually spent a bulk of our money on food & the service should be consistent & the same across the board, regardless of what you're ordering. Overall the atmosphere is laid back & chill which is what I like. They do have TV's (no sound wasn't on I believe because we were right under a tv) & was playing the football game. They also have some music playing low in the background. The noise level is moderate so you might hear the person next to you conversation, but it's not bad. F.Y.I I'm updating this part a few days later because the transaction just cleared & they charged my party card more than what was listed on the receipt. Smh the same amount we tipped in cash was the same amount they overcharged. I'm not sure why that is but the bank will have to sort this out now & my rating for this location has changed from three to one stars.
