Their salmon & shrimp dishes always heated perfectly, their breakfasts are amazing as are the low carb cookies. My husband, who hates veggies as a rule, and often complained that there were too many veggies (there were not), is now complaining we are not getting nearly enough fresh veggies in the services we have tried. Converting my husband to a veggie eater is quite an accomplishment. We are not finding anything here in SD that comes close. So many meal prep services with enormous hype and marketing, and terrible food. Huge menus, but only a few dishes with reasonable calories. 1100 calorie breakfasts? Really? Some meals are a bit on the smaller side and I get hungry again in 90 minutes or so while some meals are larger and I am unable to eat it in one sitting. I do think some of the meals are lacking in salt/seasoning, but I just shake a little bit of "Everything but the Bagel Seasoning" from Trader Joe's and it does the job! The meals I enjoy most are the meals that include a sauce or meals with flavors that I know I enjoy.
