As I was unloading my property I look up completely startled, there was a man walking towards me head low, hands in pocket not communicating with me etc. I called out to him and slowly responded to identify himself as security when he was less than 2 feet away from me. This might not be alarming to others, but it was dark out, some strange man walking towards me, and we have NEVER been approached there before by security/front desk. He wanted to check my ID. I can appreciate that they were ensuring someone was not stealing property, but if this is a new routine to do, send an email or stop us at the gate. If I had a weapon on me, I would have pulled it out. A golf cart, 4 wheeler, etc would be MUCH appreciated for that giant property to know someone associated with it is approaching you.

They advised "google maps can't be trusted". The dialogue went back and forth, with my advising that the delivery for the following day should be scheduled and I'd post pictures that evening. The conversation rated a (-5) in regards to service, professionalism and helpfulness. 04.25. At the scheduled time of delivery, I received a text that the unit was overweight and the delivery was cancelled. Yet another phone call back to the Anchorage dispatch where I was advised that I could rent a truck and tow the box to my residence - no other solutions. I presented the idea of removing items to bring the unit into weight and was advised that would be fine but the unit wouldn't be delivered that day and storage fee would incur. My detail is mild compared to the conversation. The dispatch center in Anchorage had zero customer service skills or concept of the impacts to a customer. The boundary location - amazing! Diane, I believe was the lead of the team that moves equipment rates a 10+. They worked to ensure the unit was accessible, made sure I had contact information and everything in between.

They have carts for use (if you can find them in the labyrinth of hallways). The facility itself is very clean, however, they do have some sort of rodents due to customers storing perishable food items and they have done what they can with setting bait traps to deter these critters. I would not blame this on the facility but the unresponsive gross hoarders who choose to store and keep anything they can. This place has great rates and specials including a 15% military discount! I would make sure you have renters insurance as the roof leaks in many areas, I'm really hoping they are going to resolve this issue soon. When your inside and walking around its infesting to see how big a bowling alley is or was. Humongous!!!

We called park lanes and reported the theft as well as calling the authorities. Park lanes claimed they have a secure facility, however, none of their so-called security cameras recorded the thieves. To make matters worse, park lanes is non-communicative with any and all coorespondence regarding our loss. Screening our phone calls and when they do answer, they can't answer questions and say they'll have to call us back....which they never do. I strongly discourage anyone from renting space from these guys If you value your possessions.
