I had until 1 p.m. to turn the rental back in. We may have needed it again the next day. Hectic circumstances with death of family member, difficulty getting in and out of the truck (disabled), trying to drive it on snow and ice, etc on top of moving an entire apartment in 6 hours...well it just doesn't help when you get charged a key cut fee of $50.00 when no key was cut and the key I had was returned well before 1:00 p.m. when the rental was due back. No one called to ask. Can't get through to customer service, no voicemail and no working APP. Refusing to refund me. I accepted the fuel fee. The other fees driving a $29.99 rental to $144.00 but the key cut fee is a scam. I can maybe understand the initial charge as a misunderstanding but they didn't cut a replacement key and got the original key back before 1:00 so truck was available for re-rent. Be careful on the website while booking as the additional moving items like dolly and furniture pads are preloaded for selection and its easy to unintentionally reserve those items and be charged with them because you don't receive anything with charges until you pick up the rental not realizing these items are in the back. Also, they didn't tell me I was charged a key fee when I came in to return the key. Rent with caution if you care about getting ripped off. Never renting from Uhaul again.

It's location and layout make it easy to enter from and exit onto Dimond even in busy traffic. I've also bought propane refills here with no issues.

I questioned the high price for hot water, and the employee explained that the charge was for the cup. I mentioned that I had never been charged so much for hot water before, prompting the employee to say he didn't need my attitude and would charge me for coffee, despite my not having purchased any. When I asked why I was being charged for coffee, the employee clarified that the $0.99 charge applied to any cup. I then requested to speak with the manager, who lowered the price to $0.24.

Response was no problem, have someone out there that morning. 4 hours later, called again, extremely nice, apologized for not meeting expectation said someone is about an hour away. Told them it was 4:38pm if I wait will Jimmy still come? Response: Yes, we will be there. Had work to do anyway, waited till 8 at night, no arrival. Called the following day, they were really nice and said should will definitely have someone there that morning, management is involved. Well its 5 hours later and now when I call no one will answer. Guess they know its me. What a shame, glad this is not an emergency.
