This year (July 2020), I discovered a wasp issue. My dad was out of town and I checked the Facebook page "Find Olive the Things" for Anchorage to search for a recommended wasp company. I saw someone mentioned Bad Brads and I really didn't know he did other pest. The first thing I did was call him and left a voicemail. Brad called me back ASAP, within that hour back. He just completed the work and took down an old wasp nest as well. Gave me comfort by providing me with information on what will happen and knowledge on how the wasp nest work (I won't lie, I've been terrified for a few days). We will be calling him back to treat a carpenter ant issue soon, but I would recommend contacting him first before you contact a "known" company. He has great service, can most of the time get you in the next day or two depending on his schedule and his pricing is very reasonable. I can't tell you how happy the both times he has helped me and my family conquer the pest issues we have!

I got a call about 15 minutes later to say they couldn't come out because I had been sent to collections. I told them the last time I paid , with a debt card they called me and said they couldn't find a record of it . Sent them a check and then my bank sent the information that indeed I had made a payment. They sent my check back. So I went in there to my surprise no record of even doing my spruce tree. Just that I had been sent to collections. My point is that there manager knows nothing about customer service or even how to help , in a not so good situation. What if you need follow up on something no manager. By the way after the second time over the phone when I asked to speak to the manager, I got hung up on. Just beware management doesn't respond.

We needed to set the appointment for a couple of days off due to the need to give our tenants proper notice. We had it arranged so all the tenets would be available for the inspection. That Wednesday 4:00pm comes and goes with no exterminator arriving and no call from American Pest Management. When we called them to find out why they were running late, we were told that they had no record whatsoever of our call or appointment. We asked them if they could send someone out now, but they felt it was too close to quitting time to be bothered with customer service. The best they could do was ask to schedule us two days from now at 10:00am, you know, when everyone is at work! After this fiasco, if I'm taking time off from work to meet with an exterminator, they will be from a different company.

We have been using mosquito guard for the last 3 years. 2 years at our old property and last year…read moreat our new property. They have great customer service and truly do deliver on their claims. We never have to worry about mosquitoes bothering us or our pets. Anytime we have seen an increase in mosquito after a spray they have come back out promptly and sprayed again for free. I love that the spray is non toxic and I don't have to worry about any of my pets being harmed by chemicals.
