We had to do a little tidying up at our house to get sprayed but the next day he was here and spraying the house. Haven't seen anything sense which makes us really happy. This year (July 2020), I discovered a wasp issue. My dad was out of town and I checked the Facebook page "Find Olive the Things" for Anchorage to search for a recommended wasp company. I saw someone mentioned Bad Brads and I really didn't know he did other pest. The first thing I did was call him and left a voicemail. Brad called me back ASAP, within that hour back. He just completed the work and took down an old wasp nest as well. We will be calling him back to treat a carpenter ant issue soon, but I would recommend contacting him first before you contact a "known" company. I'm about to put my house on the market and I knew it was important to get that "curb appeal". I started Googling and Yelping and found several lawn care companies in Anchorage. I had several estimates done on my property and Lawn Savers was by far the lowest. I was hesitant to use their services as there weren't a lot of reviews out there, but figured since they were much lower priced than the others, I'd give them a shot. I called in early April and it was still freezing at night. They said they'd have to wait until it warmed up and they'd email me once they could head out to do the cleanup. He gave me options as far as upgrades and told me how much I could expect it to be and what it would cost to haul the bags away ($3 per bag). Sunday morning, the Lawn Savers truck showed up at my house. I was a bit surprised to see only one person there to do the work and assumed it would take him all day. I was very pleasantly surprised that it took him less than three hours and he did a fantastic job. The poor guy had to bag up 18 lawn bags of crap from my yard. He was very polite and let me know when he was leaving and that he'd be back to pick up the bags the next day. I would absolutely recommend Lawn Savers to anybody looking for yard cleanup. Be sure to check the website to see if they have a deal on there.
