About a month ago we got those dreaded, made of nightmares, burn the whole house down bed bugs. I'd never experienced that particular brand of hell before & wanted them eradicated IMMEDIATELY. I researched all the exterminators in town. Reviewed their websites, called for pricing, and availability. Brad jumped to number 1 on my list immediately after seeing his website. Seriously! Bad Brad's Bed Bug Busters is definitely The best in Anchorage Alaska. We recently had a minor infestation in our home. He came out fairly quickly after our phone call and inspected all rooms to determine how bad the situation was. Upon finding bedbugs in multiple rooms he suggested heat eradication. He was very thorough and upfront of what we had to do and what he needed to do to help eradicate the bugs. Unlike the previous company we used in the past he did what he said he was going to do. The other major company in town will tell you they did something then when you research it or look over your security system footage you will notice they did not do what they said they did or would do. Brad is a skilled exterminator he knows how to get rid of pest. He was onsite quickly. No one else I called cared about of how fast bed bugs populate and move through a house. I explained that it was a small infestation in a small downstairs room only. Brad didn't minimize the problem. He moved quickly so the problem didn't escalate. I am so thankful for his professional services and kind consideration. A little bit of information - do not waste your time calling the other guys in town. I called Brad about a problem I was having with yellow jackets nesting inside my siding and getting into my house. He could have responded that same day, but I wasn't available, so he came out the next evening. He was prompt, professional, thorough and very informative. He guarantees his work and told me if the yellow jackets were still around in a couple of days, to call him and he'd treat the area again at no charge.
