Avoid this public at all cost! I'm tired of being ignored! I go right to the bakery and consistently get ignored. I at least got a cold "hola" after standing in from of 3 people for a few minutes, no smile, then she walked away without explanation, no "one moment" or "I'll be right with you", just walked away and I was so frustrated YET AGAIN that I just decided to cancel the rest of my shopping and walked out. Next time, I'm film this experience and sharing on social media, with Publix tagged, so everyone can see I'm not making this up. Hire people who want to work and understand customer service basics. One of the newer Publix. Lots of parking lot movement, but they always have spots available. Typically clean and well staffed. Wish this bakery regularly made red velvet cake like all other Publix. That's my only gripe. read more

Clean and nicely designed this Publix is located in Doral. They have a newer look with a large wine department. I just ran in for some fruit. The store is clean and well stocked. This Publix store in Doral is one of the largest and newest locations I've ever seen. It seems to have a wider selection of groceries than a traditional Publix which makes it ideal to shop for BOGOs. It's located at the corner of 107th Ave and 74th St and it anchors the plaza next to Midtown Doral. For some more in-store deals, they usually have a designated table toward the end of the last check-out lane with clearance items that are heavily marked down. On the downside, the regular blue Oatly oat milk can't seem to stay in stock on any day of the week. Apparently, some individual comes to buy it all out every single time. read more

This Publix is located at Doral. Always busy and with a free parking lot. Very clean, always with great offers, sometimes on Saturdays they have hot dogs sales and their staff are always great with me and my kids. Second time in 5 months that I have an issue with the bakery. It's like you speak to them and they register something completely different. The first time was back in April for my daughter's birthday. We had requested 1 cake and specified the flavor. The day of the party we go pick it up and they hadn't even done anything. They said they couldn't give us that specific flavor and just gave us two cakes. Now again today for my son's birthday party. My husband went in person to make the order. Gave them specifics on what we needed. A two tiered cake and even gave them a drawing we did so they wouldn't mess it up. Told them we needed it big enough for at least 20 people. Well the surprise I had when I just went to pick it up right before the party. They gave me a 7 inch cake that feeds 8 people. I couldn't even stay to speak to a manager because then I'd be late to the party. I went ahead and contacted corporate customer service. Just take this as a warning if you're thinking of getting a custom cake at this location. They just end up doing whatever they want. read more

If you're not Latin pls don't go to this Publix , I'm here often Being I live across the street . Today I came to buy lunch and same ole discrimination as usual. The Latin fella before me pats with a 100 dollar bill and the clerk does nothing and gives him his change . My turn I pay with a 20 and she holds it up the the light , puts 2 marks on it to confirm that it is real. My question is why not the 100 dollar bill . Then I get my change and I ask if I could borrow the market to see if my change was real , clerk responded why would I give you a fake 1 Dollar bill . Question why would I give you a fake 20 . If you're coming here for the pub subs, DO NOT BOTHER ordering them in advance. They are never ready on time. My husband and I have tried to order and pickup our subs numerous times and each time we arrive for pickup, they are not even made yet. One of the biggest Publix around, and really clean, and they have a great selection of baked goods. There is lots of parking and they are open until 11:00pm which helps when you need to run in to pick up things late at night. read more

Went to get some groceries for my mom. There hasn't been restocking in a couple of weeks in some products. Walked by one of the managers and he was engaged in conversation with a colleague in the middle of the aisle. When my sister and I walked by he was kind enough to say "how are you doing?" Since he got no answer he replied himself loudly with a "good and you." He noticed I heard him. If I don't feel the need to engage I shouldn't be responded to disrespectfully, That's just unnecessary. I didn't mean to interrupt their important conversation by having them move out of the way but there is no need to be gross either. read more

This publix is by my job and there aren't that many options for lunch so pub subs and flatbreads are an often choice for lunch. This deli sucks! This Deli 90% of the time never make the correct order! I don't know how many times I didn't have more time in lunch to return the wrong orders but today was beyond disgusting where I used my whole lunch time going back to return this! It's not even close to what the order is! It smelled terrible and was also cold like it had been sitting there (even though I picked up at the exact time I ordered for). Wow! Finally a Publix I can say looks a lot like a "Whole Foods". Yup, in terms of varieties, there are lots of options- probably way too many. The location has ideal parking, of course, and when you enter the store it smells clean, unlike other supermarkets I've ever been to! The fruits section was so impeccable and well organized, I kept looking everywhere admiring my surroundings. The wine/ cheeses section- same thing! I could honestly say I wanted to stay in there for longer. I asked for help finding an item, and the employee actually walked me to the right aisle. When does that ever happen nowadays? Always friendly and helpful. The food section always has fresh food and more of a variety than the one off 41st street.

I really enjoy this Publix, I drive by about 3 others to go to this one because it is so much nicer and has a better selection. Employees at friendly and willing to help. No matter what time I go to this Publix it is never busy. It is in a very nice new plaza called Doral Commons. The only flaw with this location is the construction all around but I have never found that it extends my travel time. Overall a great store! read more

This is one of my favorite "Publix"s. The staff does an amazing job at keeping the area clean and seem to work in a team oriented atmosphere. I actually wrote this to apologize to them for our "Doralians" who don't appreciate what an amazing Publix they have. Being in management for a long time, I can see "attitude reflects leadership". It's obvious the managers there continue to lead by example. The staff is always polite and helpful. They have literally walked me over to the exact spot when I was looking for a special item. Guys! Having this Publix in this area is definitely a breath of fresh air, you could only get overwhelmed and indecisive with the great variety of products ans options they have. Which could ony be positive.
