Rented a storage unit. Brought my U-Haul full of stuff and went inside to look for a cart to start bringing stuff in. No carts by the front entrance. Went up the elevator to see if any upstairs and there were not. Saw another guest inside and asked if they knew where they were. She said no I have not seen a cart in a long time. I went to the office to ask the guy there. He said no we don't have any. We had 1 but it got stolen. I said that is absolutely unacceptable. In your website it says there are carts to use. In the facility there are signs posted about carts. I called public storage to complain and they told me carts are just courtesy and they don't have to provide them. I am a single person and moving a whole U-Haul alone is hard enough. Then have to break the seal of the dolly to move 4 boxes at a time and carry everything else by hand was more than I had time or energy for but at that point I didn't have an option. Super disappointing all around. Not sure if these are franchise but it really should be an absolute need to have carts. If people steal them that should be a built in cost to the facility to account for. Don't let the bad people make the experience for the good ones an awful one. read more

NOT happy with how this location is being run. The manager is very nice and has been responsive to my two complaints about the lack of cold AC that I am paying for. Clearly as a company they just want to collect the extra money for AC without providing the service. I was told a couple of months ago that they actually replaced all AC units and yet it is running at about 78, which is very high for such a large space where people need to protect their belongings from the heat and humidity. Unfortunately they don't care. TRY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN! read more

I would give zero star's if i could! First of all I rented a middle sized unit to put my things in when I moved from Pa. The morning my movers arrived, our unit was already filled with someone's things!!! Of course they no longer had the size I needed!! Could never get a call back about the difference in pricing I paid for first month on larger unit that someone else also rented. Double dipping!! So I went to the office and the person there was so rude that I waz shocked! So I never received anything back for what they did. Also make sure you don't move out until the end of the month because they will not prorate any money back to you! Find another place to store your stuff!! read more

I'm trying to change my storage to a bigger size and I can't get in contact with the manger because no one is their. I've called multiple times and left voicemails. They can't even refund me so I can get a bigger one. read more

I've been at this location since March 2003, when it was Stor-All Storage and everything was by the book, no exceptions, even if the book wasnt right or employees made mistakes. Corporate often didnt even respond to customers. When Public Storage took over a couple of years ago, they made their presence known and the change known. Their first order of business was to change over the contract from a one page very questionable contract, to several pages encompassing everything, leaving no room for error. When there is a question, issue or problem, if it cannot be handled at the franchise level, it is immediately escalated to the District Manager, Michael, who is very responsive. He understands that things don't always happen "by the book" and life and business has many grey areas and mitigating circumstances. Over the past 12 yrs, the location has actually become somewhat inconvenient and I was having a legal dispute with Stor-All. I was going to move when Public Storage took over, but even tho it's a bit out of my way now, I'm going to stay because the new company has proven to be worth the extra drive. Please remember this place isn't your personal garbage dump. Whatever trash you have, you need to dispose of at your home. Having had a unit for so long, I have a pet peeve about this. It's really a simple rule and just plain common courtesy. read more

ZERO STAR - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY from Public Storage! As others have mentioned, your rent increases every year. What started at $165 to now $425, in 4 years, absolutely ridiculous. Moved out of unit this weekend. The unit was completely empty and clean, of course I took photos before I left. Received an email 1/2 hour after I left advising I was being charged a $100 fee for items left behind "in unit". That's a DAMN LIE!!! Someone left garbage, moving boxes and trash, outside in the corner of the entrance and Officer Manager said I did it, "they saw me on camera". Well Manager and District Manager, you need to clean your camera lens or get your eyes checked because that is Another DAMN LIE!!!! That garbage was there before I even got there. Sign says they have carts for convenience, but they don't, and they aren't in the main office either!! This place will pick you for every penny and dime you have. If you got money to lose, this is the place for you. read more

Trust me. This place is a nightmare. My account got hacked and they refuse to set the email sign in back to what it has been since 2014. I guess any To ,Duck or Harry can walk in there and change whatever on your account. I am trying to cancel the contract so I am not responsible but I can't do that either. These people are not only thieves they are stupid to allow a stranger to change a pass code and not believe the person who signed the contract. read more

Plan your move out on the last day of the month - otherwise, these liars will not prorate your monthly rent. You will receive a "promise" to refund the unused portion of your monthly rent payment, however they will keep it. They are liars and theives. read more

dont ever put your things in storage here!!! rent goes up every 6 months!!!! manager here is very mean and nasty to me.

I've been using them for about 6 months. We just got hit with a 16.9% price increase! They called it a "price adjustment" - that's a lot more than an adjustment! Beware! read more
