I signed up online as this place looked perfect on paper, chose the next shown available day to move in, drove over only to find they were closed Sunday, despite showing they weren't on Apple maps. Fine, so I go back the next day. Well past opening, no one is there besides other people needing to get in their new units. Come back an hour later, still nothing. Call the main office for help, they try to help me in but let me know you need someone in person so they try and get in touch with the manager and tell me I should hear back within an hour. The whole day goes by, meanwhile I still had to move my stuff and had already rented a van to do so, so opted for another place down the road. They ended up leaving a voicemail, I show up an hour before they closed and still waited outside a locked door for 50 minutes. Abby helped me and let me know I could get everything refunded and should hear back within a week. A few weeks go by, as I have a life and things get busy. I email to create a paper trail and was able to talk to Renee then Brian who let me know the management was shifting but let me know I should get refunded within 1-2 weeks after verifying my information. It's now been 2 MONTHS since hearing back, and I've sent many follow up emails as I will not trust a verbal confirmation at this point. They also have at least 4 different numbers listed?? Please, new management if you see this, I sent another email today.

This specific location of CubeSmart is the closest one to my home and also provided one of the better deals across places I looked. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped me to figure out what size unit was correct for. Thankfully, they made the process very easy and helped me get setup with a unit. That day, I was able to move my items in! The facility is gated and keeps all doors locked which made me feel like my items are more secure. Both the gate the doors are opened by a code specific to my unit. Additionally, the facility is very clean and well-kept. So far, I have had no issues while storing my items aside from a price increase which isn't really an "issue". I would recommend using CubeSmart at the specific location and will continue to store my items here.

Restrooms are NEVER stocked as she specifies that she only cleans them once a 1 week but does not mop them which is very disgusting, the restrooms are always missing toilet paper and paper towels. (SAFETY HAZZORD) When you enter the code is supposed to be pressed when entering the gates but also when entering the elevators well that function for the elevators doesnt even work, you just press the button and anyone can come in (with out a code) as long as they enter the gate with no hesitations, that is a huge safety risk and as the manager that is here she should definitely keep up with that.

I chose to purchase it through my auto insurance. It was minimal. The hours that I'm able to access my unit is from 6:00a.m. to 9:00pm. I was also able to get a discount for the following month. Now I have my work cut out for me!

The contract allows them to charge for insurance unless you provide proof of insurance. But when I provided proof of insurance, I was charged for insurance so now I have to contact them to reverse the charges. This is not the first time. How many customers are charged for insurance because they fail to notice the extra charge? StoragMart is deceptive in their management practices.
