Not gonna lie, I have a hate and love relationship with this storage…read more Let me start on a positive note with the things I actually like about this storage. The location of this storage is great for those who live in downtown and it has a very quick access to the highway, which I think is convenient. The buildings are pretty well air conditioner, and the elevators are spacious. Overall, they keep the buildings pretty clean and staff working there has always been helpful. However, one of the main reasons why they are getting on my nerves is their constant annual price increase. I've been a customer for almost 6 years, and I am now paying almost double the amount from when I started which seems ridiculous. The ongoing increments just feel more like a way to kick you out, than actually keeping you as a customer. Anyhow! Besides the insane prices I currently pay, as of lately I've seen a lot of issues with either the gate not working, the door to access the building not working, no cars to move stuff anywhere to be found. Overall, if you are looking for a storage for just a couple of months I think this place is for you. But if you are looking for a "long term" type of storage, beware of their rates and price increases!

I've been with this storage facility for about four months, and my rent has already gone up by $90…read more After I reached out, they did lower it by $30, but that's still a pretty significant increase in such a short amount of time--and they've refused to work with me any further. Just a heads up to anyone considering renting here: keep a close eye on your monthly bill and be prepared to call when (not if) the price increases. Also, there always seems to be something broken (doors/elevators), carts are rarely available when you need them, and I've even seen a homeless person walk out of one of the buildings, which raised some concerns for me. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience, but they stand by their prices because it's a "prime" location. It's not...

The return is easy as well. No worries at all they had everything I ordered. My only issues I don't feel confident to drive it so I always need someone else to drive the big U-Haul.

We were able to reserve our moving truck of choice online for the specific date we planned on moving, and we could also put in estimates for how many miles we were going to drive/how long we would need the truck for. This allowed the company to create a rough estimate upfront, so it was nice not to be blindsided by any additional fees or costs when we came to rent it the day of. When we got to location to pick up the truck, the owner was a blunt, very straightforward, no BS type of personality. The other reviews of this location seem to paint the owner in a negative light. Yes, he's a little rough around the edges, but the owner will get you what you need, and without any hassle. I would highly suggest calling ahead to know what items/documents you need before you come to this location to rent - proof of residency, drivers license, a witness to verify your identity, to name a few. Otherwise, if you show up unprepared, the owner will not be as helpful as you'd like. The equipment itself is pretty standard and up to date, no complaints there. Overall, if you're someone who's on top on their stuff when moving, using this location should be a breeze.
