When I purchased the storage unit, I was told they were waterproof. Big mistake. When I went to retrieve my stuff, my boxes were moldy. Upon unpacking my stuff, I also noticed one of my boxes was missing. I was unable to recover the contents of the box, so I have been trying to re purchase everything that was missing. I was told that the storage units were insured and that it comes with the price, however I was hard pressed to believe that they would pay for the damage that occurred with my belongings or the contents of the missing box. I will never recommend doing business with these people. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

This place is a joke. After going back and forth with these clowns for over a week she finally got an appointment set up for 5 pm. When she got there the manager had left a sign saying he wouldn't be back till 5:45. Unacceptable. And my girlfriend is wonderful by the way!!!! read more

We moved from the St Charles location to the Vandeventer location because we moved in the city. We have only been at this location for 45 days. The person who reserved the unit had a stroke and we were trying to pay his bill. Over the phone they want to charge $10 or $20 extra dollars. On two occasions I extended my lunch to drive to the location, when I arrived no one was in the office. Finally I got the extra money to pay the $10 and now they put on a $79 charge. I tried multiple times to pay and especially by going to the location. They are not open after business hours. Well it ran into another charge plus and an extra $79. The hours need to be extended until 7pm. I wish we would have stayed in St Charles at least we had access after the store was closed by key entry. they only have one dock, no elevator. You walk your belongings up a ramp. they only have two push carts and one is broken. DONT RENT STORAGE FROM THIS FACILTY THEY ARE EQUIPED TO HANDLE A LARGE MOVE IN...unless you want to push your large items up a ramp. read more
