I do not recommend renting storage space from this facility. The issued key does not work. And management wants me to pay for the removal of the lock that they provided. Additionally it will take up to 30 days for their person to remove the lock and I still have to pay for it. Management seems unbothered to make any exceptions to do right by the customer. I called another storage company and they told me this is the way Public Storage does business. They get roughly four calls a day from people looking to switch. What a slimy company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! Although the staff at this location is friendly, Public Storage as whole participates in almost criminal price gouging. My rent has been raised 3 times in the last 18 months, and now I am paying 2&1/2 times what they advertise on their website. I have contacted their corporate office numerous times to get an explanation for these increases and to protest their callous treatment of a loyal customer. I have been told that nothing can be done about these arbitrary rent hikes. I am so thoroughly disgusted that, as soon as I can arrange to have my belongings moved, I am terminating my rental agreement. So they are having really good prices sales I think like first month $1 it cost me $51 total included lock they have a cool ap using Bluetooth to open gates doors elevators Only complaint is that they left 20 minutes before closing the day I rented the storage so I was unable to check and they said they couldn't log back on so? Today went in they were very nice in the office and the space was ok they could've vacuumed out the sideboards and corners noticed some outside bugs dead though so I'm satisfied with this storage company so far. read more

I just moved from Palo Alto and was in need of a storage to hold my belongings until I was able to find a larger space. I was able to find a pretty inexpensive 5x5 starve here for $45. I just revived an email stating that their prices were increasing starting July 01. If this was the case, and I'm sure the staff knew, then why wasn't this something that was brought up to all new renters? I'm now paying $100 for a 5x5 quite an increase in price. I decided with this unit and this location for the price but now at $100 and a 20min commute it's not worth it. Very disappointed with the staff and lack of communication. ....just moments after posting my review apparently the same "price increase" has happened to another, and I'm sure many more smh I'll be looking for another unit read more

I've had my reservations about "that feeling you get" and this place fulfilled it. First off, the hours, you can't actually access your personal belongings unless its between business hours (if you work 9 to 5, too bad) 2nd off, was the professionalism or lack thereof.. I can get past who people are but work place is reserved for professionalism Lastly but not least was the absolute scum-baggery of the pricing.. I asked for the cheapest unit, she tried her best to upsell but got the 5 X 10 for $52 dollars (I felt a good deal, so I signed) then 3 months later I get a rate increase to nearly double to $85 dollars... these dirtbags don't deserve your business and have lost mine read more

Horrible experience. I moved out before the end of the month that I had already paid for and emailed them I was out. They sent me to collections. They are ripoffs. Also TGE unit I rented was on a road or lane that has enough room for one car to drive down My unit was in the middle of the building. When it was busy you couldn't drive up to the drive up unit because the street was blocked. What a joke read more

I would sum it up with one word---liars. I would not go here again nor would I recommend someone go here. Merle told me I could reserve a unit. A week later I got there and she said they don't take reservations. She said she would give me a unit another person was on their way to pay for!!!! When I rented the unit she told me I had to BUY two boxes. She told me when I moved out she would prorate the month for me but when I moved, she DID NOT and charged me the entire month. Was able to get in easy. But like all storage units there's typically a slot. After being there 6 months I had to get out quick. They bumped the price out of nowhere. Just walking to your unit takes up to much time, don't forget you'll have to carry stuff back to your vehicle. Hassle every time. Don't do automatic deposit because you'll losing track of how much they charge you because cost goes up. They don't care about your situations and will not refund anything. I ended up without groceries that month thanks district manager. You suck, company needs to change the policy. It's a storage unit. Not a money tree greedy ass company. Ppl move in all the time there's no reason to take from your customers. My advice, Don't move in for long, and don't automatic direct deposit they charge more without a notice. We did a lot of shopping for storage before we chose this location. Their prices were very competitive and they were extremely accomodating. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. GINA at the front desk assisted us and she was so delightful and helpful. She handled everything so quickly and helped us with our unit choices. Gina's husband even came out and assisted us with the lockup procedures. Sai initially directed us to this facility and she was also very instrumental in our choice of storage locations. The property is very clean and I liked that we could put more than one other person to allow access to our unit. My mom is in process of getting a unit there this week as well. they r such rip offs, i have used public storage for many years off an on, i move out then all a sudden i get letter from collection department, wow, so it states on bottom letter if dispute call , i did and it doesn't matter if customer dispute or not what ever business says is owed then thats that, so my question is to why do you have that on there if it doesn't even matter! i will never use them again nor recommend to anyone, they won there case regarding insurance, so ya they think they can bully any customer to get over on them. They r a scanless business, regarding the case they told me same thing that i had to have that insurance, but they won that it was a poor training to tell customers way they did regarding insurance, funny how person started lawsuit was told same thing as i was told and we live in different states, humn makes u wonder, customer beware! read more
