The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

The rates differ based on convenience (ground floor costs more than 3rd floor) which seems reasonable. They even recommended where I might be able to go to get another unit.

They put a hole in our ceiling at our old house that they did come back and patched up but told us that we needed to paint it. They did some other damage as well and did ask how they could repair it but only patched the work up. We were told by many people we would only need 1 large storage unit and needed 1.5. I would not recommend using their moving people unless you have only a few things. When we moved out of there, we used professionals and they laughed at their packing job in our storage unit. So not only did a lot of stuff get damaged but we spent more money for 6 months on having an additional unity. So annoyed!

This issue could have been alleviated had they simply asked for a photo ID of the tow truck driver claiming to be ME!!! Or calling ME (who pays the monthly storage fee) to verify I was having said vehicle towed away. But no! It never happened.
