The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

They had 4 movers come with the company moving truck to move us out of our home and did a horrible job they definitely messed up a lot of her furniture more than what we thought and we did not know a lot of it was messed up until we took it out of storage 6 months later. They put a hole in our ceiling at our old house that they did come back and patched up but told us that we needed to paint it. They did some other damage as well and did ask how they could repair it but only patched the work up. We were told by many people we would only need 1 large storage unit and needed 1.5. I would not recommend using their moving people unless you have only a few things. When we moved out of there, we used professionals and they laughed at their packing job in our storage unit. So not only did a lot of stuff get damaged but we spent more money for 6 months on having an additional unity. So annoyed!

Beware that they clearly state that non-approved vehicles/persons can "tailgate in" behind another vehicle to access the property and access YOUR belongings illegally. They state they are not monitoring this activity, despite the massive security camera presence. This issue could have been alleviated had they simply asked for a photo ID of the tow truck driver claiming to be ME!!! Or calling ME (who pays the monthly storage fee) to verify I was having said vehicle towed away. But no! It never happened. "Please understand this, the tow truck company could have tailgated in, took the vehicle and tailgated out, this is something I would have had no control of, after speaking to your brother last night I feel that one way or another the Blue Cadillac was being towed off our property yesterday with or without my knowledge. One last thing, the towing company did not need our assistance, they knew exactly where to go to, which car to pick up and tow away, also they knew where to take the vehicle." Since my first review of TruMovers on 02.25.2017, I have used them on five different occasions…read more A little background of my situation: I am a hard-working, 54-year-old, who works full-time, has her own family and household to take care of, and until October of last year, for over a decade had the all-of-a-sudden, additional, overwhelming, and life-altering responsibilities that come with managing the care for two ailing parents who could no longer do anything for themselves. As those who have cared for a declining loved one and their household responsibilities knows, the unending workload and guilt of not being able to spend time with your own kids, is sometimes unbearable. Every weekend and every day off from work revolved around the needs of my parents (who had become like little children again). In order to be able to spend time with my kid, and be as involved in church as we were, I had to become an expert time manager and had absolutely no patience for those who wasted my time with inefficient work habits. Though Iquan and his team have no idea what a complete blessing they have been in my life, removing a HUGE weight off of my shoulders, time and time again... they provide a service that has been absolutely invaluable to me maintaining my sanity! They not only moved furniture this time, but moved 86 cement, 18x18 and 12x12 garden pavers from my Dad's house to our church's prayer garden at the top of a hill. Knowing this was part of the job, Iquan brought a third team member so they could form an assembly line to get the pavers up that hill quicker. (Iquan planned ahead from the details I provided him concerning this move. I love that!) I trust Iquan and his team completely. I have no problem leaving them to work at the house alone while I run to grab them (and me) lunch, water, or something I forgot to pick up at the hardware store. (P.S. Iquan is Vegan and does not consume meat, dairy, egg, or any products of animal origin. Subway and Burger King can help you with that.) For the quality and efficiency of work they provide, TruMovers is unmatched. This most recent move would have taken me and my 17-year-old son and friends, working from sunup to sundown to have accomplished what TruMovers accomplished in three hours. Another important note: TruMovers serve as a wonderful, work-ethic example for my teenage kid. I even made my son help them with the garden pavers, so he could learn the value of teamwork in getting things done.
