I was the victem of the deceptive business practice called bait and switch. Instead of the online price I was agreeing to of $110/mo I got a bill for DOUBLE that amount. If you don't ever need any help and you keep an eye on what they are charging you should be okay BUT if you need customer service you might as well go straight to Ef ing yourself. Rented a 12x15 handicap accessible unit because it was the only 1 that size available in late October 2023 got the online reservation discount also. Well my rental rate has gone from $109 to $275. I had the most amazing service from two of the most helpful representatives at the Royersford PA, location. Terry and Autumn were absolutely awesome. Due to the multiple increases in rent at PS, I was looking to cancel my contract, but Autumn informed me that there were other options that might work better for me and I was shown a smaller unit by Terry, which turn out even better economically and space wise. They both made the transfer seamless. I would recommend that location if you need to rent storage space now or in the future! They displayed Excellent customer service! Thank you Terry and Autumn. The grounds are awfully pathetic and it feels like your driving through a roller coaster. That's how bad the ruts, pot holes and asphalt patches are. #1 - the reservationist either lied or was mistaken about the unit being air conditioned. #2 - the unit was filthy. It doesn't make sense why it would be filthy. #3 - there was no light. DO NOT RENT FROM THOS PLACE, This place is a joke climate control 24hr access units are not climate control and not 24hr especially if you try to get access after it snows, they don't plow, shovel or salt in front of the units or the parking lot customer service told me that it's not there responsibility to shovel it's the renters responsibility to do in front of there until WHICH IS ABSURD. They have rodent running ramped in the unit they blame it on being an outside unit and nearby fields etc. Everytime you call you get a different story but this one young lady is magically there when things that said weren't done was done. the manager tried to scam me. i needed to add a second unit because the first one I had was too small. I asked her to give me one next to it. she did I went to use my card and she said it declined. I looked to see if my bank sent me a fraud notice and they didn't. I said somethings not right. I have plenty of money in my account. I said okay use this other card, and she said it declined. I was like impossible on the first and second one. she then informed me I can give her $195.00 cash. I was like no why would I do that when I have money in both my accounts. I even showed her one of my accounts, she was like it's not her business I can get the cash. i called my friend who was by my one storage unit and told him she's saying my cards are declining. Both him and I went back into the the office now she's not there but the man that was sitting next to her was there. My friend pulls his card out and said let's see what happen. his card works. Crazy thing is my friend is also my employee. I'm not rich but I have enough money that my cards won't declined. I can only imagine the people she lies to to get cash. I have been using a storage space at this location for nearly two months and am very, very pleased. Tiffiny was especially helpful at the original time of signing. She was well organized, professional and generous with her time. Additionally, she was very resourceful at navigating the company's online resources to resolve a reservation problem in the Public Storage database. During that original visit and since, everyone there has been very friendly. My only hesitation with the facility (the only thing keeping it from five stars for me) is that one cannot access the lot before 6 a.m or after 9:00 p.m. I appreciate the security precautions that motivate this, but on a few occasions it has required me to adjust my plans. However, Tiffiny made me fully aware of this before I began renting. If that's not a problem for you then I believe you'll be very satisfied with the storage here. read more

The office staff was very helpful and patient. They even carried some supplies that I purchased to my car. They followed-up with reminders, which was very helpful to keep me on tract.
