After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly saved the day and made a potentially difficult situation into a very positive one. I would recommend to other!
