We used the Climate Controlled storage for a large unit. The facility was clean and temperature seemed good over the summer.
Downside to this location was accessing the climate controlled area through only one sliding door in the front of the building. It was very difficult to park a large moving truck or a truck and trailer, and for the most part only one large vehicle could access at one time.
The sliding entry door would shut automatically and you have to continually use your access code keypad to open the door.
If someone was loading/unloading it was difficult and time consuming to work around them with the one access door.
Additionally, I used a pickup truck and enclosed trailer and the front parking lot was nearly impossible to turn around in if any other vehicles were in the parking lot, including the employees vehicle(s).
Therefore, if you intend to use the Climate Controlled area make sure you check out the access area in the front, because that's it, no rear or side access. read more
