I am a person who does his research. After visiting many storage unit business's I came to the conclusion that Public Storage was the ONLY storage that met all my needs, unit size, property security and what was the most impressive was the customer service. My first contact was with Dale who had called me at home and set up an appointment to see the unit I was interested in. I had chores to do but they went surprisingly well and showed up early for my appointment, Dale was at lunch however without missing a beat Melissa greeted me not only with a smile but a very professional manner. She brought me to the unit, explained the workings of the lock and the general information needed, i.e., hours of operation, gate code operation which we practice. The final stage was made effortlessly by Melissa explaining each page of the agreement. As we were completing the contract Dale returned from lunch and it was reassuring to see how well they worked together. Very impressed with Public Storage. Always friendly and helpful staff. I have been storing my extra household goods for years all over the country while I was in active duty. Public Storage is by far a good and safe place, finally a place I can store my belongings and no break ins... again a safe place. The staff is always friendly and professional. I met Randy and Janet yesterday morning at the 2110 NE 36th Ave location because I wanted to talk to someone live and in person that could understand my concerns. WOW! This corporation has the audacity to raise rent, without notifying properly of the intended raise in rent, and after flooding occurred to ALL the storage units located on the property, after Hurricane Irma. Public Storage knew this property was in a "Flood" zone and did not properly notify their tenants of a possible calamity. DO NOT OBTAIN STORAGE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THAT MATTER, ANY PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATION. Stick with mom and pop instead of corporatocracy entities. read more

I have used a few different storage places over the years. I started with small mom and pop ones and now that I have found public storage I will never go back. The service you receive here is incomparable. The young man I dealt with Mr. Kassem was fantastic. I didn't feel like just a customer. Now days everything is online and it was easy but I had a little issue with the lock, I changed to a larger unit and I didn't need another lock, she contacted me told me where to put the unneeded lock and issued a refund.
