The move itself went very smoothly, and everything was wrapped thoroughly and securely. Everything was placed exactly where we asked. Moving is always a major headache, but Road Haugs took away much of that potential frustration. The price was exactly as quoted and we were glad the service had been highly recommended by a friend.

They claimed a "fired" employee gave us too low a price despite the salesman Bruce who bragged about the low price we were getting was because of him was the one who called us to raise the price. When we agreed to use a private storage they suggested instead of their storage they then told us we would have to pay thousands for moving blankets that were not charged if we used their storage. Stay away from this company. Whatever response they make to this they can't deny what the truth is.

My initial experience with this storage facility was okay; however, my opinion changed due to the…read morerepeated phone calls and pressure to leave a review. Within approximately two months, my monthly storage rate increased from $140 to $200, which was a significant and unexpected increase. I was also repeatedly encouraged to leave a review and was told that, as a favor, a fee for one month would be waived in connection with providing a review. Given the timing of the rate increase and the continued pressure to submit a review, the entire experience left me very uncomfortable. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, but the tactics used to obtain customer reviews felt excessive and unprofessional. Customers should be able to leave feedback voluntarily without repeated phone calls, pressure, or feeling as though their rates or fees could somehow be connected to whether they provide a review. Unfortunately, what started as an acceptable experience ended on a very disappointing note.
